Family Time does not have a phone service available so that you can call in and discuss your issues with them. The agent I was working with did not know much about my specific phone and therefore could not talk me through the whole issue. I need to see if there is another app out there that provides similar services. I like that I can block certain things on my children's phone, but it has a very simple, read hard to use due to lack of options, interface that does not make it user friendly. If you can find another monitoring app I would highly recommend. If you can not, this is better than nothing.

I have just started using product of FamilyTime. Their Parental control app for Android phone has been a life savior. It was easy to subscribe with 3 days trial period, easy to install and configure. Support has been great aswell. I was about to reach out to Support rep with in 1 min. Support was awesome.

I have just started using this product to control my son's online time, and by mistake I selected 2 products which were charged on my credit card. I contacted the support team and there was immedate help and solution for my issue. As for the product so far so good, lot of great options in it to be still discovered. Great work! Thank you!

Awesome app. Its a must with today's advance technology. It allows the parent supervise and have the upper hand in what is going on with your child's electronic devices. With an android device it let's you see everything in real time. Its a must have. Highly recommend it.

Good and reactive customer support but, app doesn't meet my expectations as it doesnt allow to block one specific app, but only non apple apps altogether. I was looking for an app blocker for some specific games. Doesnt' work here..

I clicked the only available option to sign up for a free 3 day trial – but they charged me for an annual subscription. I immediately contacted FamilyTime and was told that I signed up for the Premium Subscription – nope, I clicked on the free 3 day trial. Wouldn't refund me, I never used the app because it was too cumbersome to get the features properly set up and it messed up my son's phone. 10 months later, I am still inconvenienced by this company as they just auto-renewed my subscription (which isn't up until Feb) and claim that they sent reminder notifications before completing the charge. I never received any communication from them before being charged $45 for a subscription I didn't agree to in the first place and certainly didn't agree to renew. I suspect many of their "positive" reviews are coming from employees and friends. Most of the reviews describe my exact experience.
