It took them much longer to ship than they said it would, I asked to cancel the order and they wrote me back to confirm cancelation and I said yes. 2 days later they shipped it anyway and won't refund. To make matters worse the size of the shirts is ridiculously small. I got them for a gift in L and XL and I am a Small or Medium and that is what size they actually appear to be. BEWARE!!

This company has the worst customer service I have ever been subjected too. They take forever to get back to you, will not call you or talk to you by phone. No one at customer service will give you their name so there is no accountability.

I told customer service that I needed to exchange/return my order via UPS. They gave me a street address to do just that. After 1 1/2 weeks I tracked the package only to find out it was being returned to me.

I then contacted customer service again and received no reply. I then contacted them via FB and did receive a reply. The agent on FB would not give me their name, the name of the owner or manager or any other help other than I would have to contact customer service via e-mail. They will not allow you to call them.
I would not do business with this company again. I found that they left a very foul taste in my mouth.

Shipping took longer due to COVID, but my items arrived and they鈥檙e great! I bought 4 shirts as Fathers Day gifts for my husband – I鈥檓 super-excited to give them to him.

I emailed Customer Care due to the length of shipping time and they promptly responded. I would highly recommend this vendor.

The shirts are like wearable inside jokes. The designs are amazing, and I love that they represent fandoms but aren't just a logo slapped on a shirt.

I love how the shirts feel nice and smooth.
They鈥檙e Christmas shirts, so I only wore them three times, so I can鈥檛 testify to their durability.
But the design is clever and made people laugh.

I was surprised on the customer service I received. I contacted you guys during the holidays and I realized I may not get my order in time because I was leaving town for the holidays sooner than expected, and I wanted these 3 hoodies I ordered specifically for my trip since they were themed based garments. The customer service rep (I believe his name was mike) somehow pulled some strings to expedite my order and got it to me literally one day before I left for the trip. Also the hoodies are great conversation pieces, and good quality as well. Thank you FIRL!!!

Terrible. I ordered a shirt on Dec. 2nd as part of an Xmas gift. I didn鈥檛 mind that the shipping was a bit slow (almost two weeks), but they sent me the wrong item – different design and size than what was ordered. I contacted them on Dec. 16th about it and initially they said they would send out the correct item, sent me a tracking number for it, and also gave me a return label to send back the incorrect item. Well, nothing happened on their end after that. It鈥檚 now Jan. 10th and I never received the correct item, tracking number still states a status of 鈥減re transit鈥? and they stopped responding to my emails (there is no option to speak to anyone on the phone, only can leave a message). As a result, I never sent back the incorrect item because it became quickly clear they were untrustworthy.

Ordered three shirts. Two came in. I have sent 5 email messages to customer service and left on voicemail. (No option to talk to a real person). I鈥檝e shown enough patience. Calling the credit card company. What a scam

I ordered on November 30th. Then I emailed them between December 10-12 to ask them why it hadn鈥檛 shipped yet. I鈥檓 still waiting for a response. It finally shipped December 12 but it鈥檚 sitting somewhere in Chicago. I need it to come to Canada BEFORE Christmas, that鈥檚 why I ordered in November. Very poor customer service, I鈥檇 expected an email response back at the very least. I wish I never ordered from this site. Take your money elsewhere.

Terrible service! Ordered on Thanksgiving and still haven鈥檛 SHIPPED 2 weeks later! They sure did charge me immediately though!

Emailed a week ago and they said 鈥渟hould ship soon鈥? followed up again and have gotten no response!

Ordered a patriotic shirt a week and a half before July 4, took days for them to ship and then after several more days, their tracking still says 鈥渘o tracking information available鈥? It did not arrive before the holiday, don鈥檛 waste your time with them, plenty of better options for ordering shirts!

PS they also immediately erase your comment on their site unless it is a five star鈥?So dishonest!
