Awful shop. Doesn't stock correctly, 5 week wait for a school tie? The customer service is shocking, when it's busy they treat you like a criminal making you take a ticket and treating you like dirt whilst they walk around slowly serving customers.
I wish Trutex came to Swindon, if they did this shop wouldn't last 5 minutes…..
