18 Sept 2016 we ordered a pair of leggings. They never showed up. We have emailed and called but no responce. Now the page is taken down and the phone number disconnected.

Burn in hell you piece of $#*!. I ordered in October 2016 and here it is almost June 2017 and no order. No answer to calls to customer service. No return e-mails. I should have known when I called the customer service line and a robot answers and doesn't even say the name of the company. You are the worst kind of person.

My credit card bill had two charges in a row from "New Realities, Inc." and a phone number of 248-321-4338 which matches the "fanauthentics.com" phone number. There are hundreds of reports of scams from this phone number. The total of the two charges is $101.17. I have reported it and cancelled the credit card. No idea how they got my information. No cards are missing.

I ordered in mid February 2017. 9 weeks later I emailed asking about the order. They are sneakers for my wedding May 27th. I keep getting response emails saying they apologize for the delay and they are on 'urgent' status. Still no sneakers a week out from the wedding. Total scam.

December 15, 2016 I ordered two 3D lamps one Kansas city chiefs logo and the other a Kansas city royals hat lamp neither item was ever shipped. can't contact fan authentics by any means. someone should be in jail for fraud

Company took money out of my bank account same day. It's been 5 months. Company never even shipped leggings I purchased. Never answered emails or calls. I had to deactivate my bank card and turn the company in for fraud. Hope they get shut down. Seems they are ripping off everyone and getting away with it!!!

On December 3 I,2016 order the cubs leggings from fan authentic on December 9,2016 they charge may account with 44.90 my order number is 39560. I never received my order. I call the number but they never answer. I also send them emails several time but no respond from them. Not sure what else to do. The phone number is disconnected.

Money was taken from account & never received my spandex leggings. I made several calls and left messages no call backs.

On December 6 2016 I ordered a pair of of chief leggings for my 12 year old daughter. After weeks of trying to contact them we finally received an email and the pants came the last week of December. However they were not the right size so I had to send them back for an exchange to a smaller size. This was 3 months ago. I have repeatedly tried to make contact via emails phone call and messanger and have heard nothing. So I'm out the pants, $40, and my daughter was heartbroken!

I ordered a Philadelphia Eagles 3D LED nightlight back on October 17th and checked my statement today March 8th,2017 and seen that it was processed on October 19th,2016 and I forgot that I ordered it for a little while then realized hey I never received my helmet. I then emailed them several times on their customer service email and called various toll free numbers and they were all disconnected and then I realized I was scammed just like all the other poor customers. The Better Buisness Bureau should put a stop to this and if they don't then they are scams to.

I ordered two shirts in Oct. 2016, money for the items was removed from my bank account and I only received one shirt. I have left many messages and sent many emails with no return call. Today the phone # is disconnected. How can I get my money back? What a scam

Ordered Eagles leggings in December. Never received them….but my credit card was charged. Emailed the company twice. No response. Called my credit card company and had them reverse the charges. Shady!

I didn't order anything from this place. I was watching FOX 2 Detroit (News) on 2/9/2017 and the news confronts the owner of FanAuthentics in a story called "Hall of Shame." You'll get to see what the scammer looks like. I feel bad for everyone that got duped. I hope this helps.

ok, my fault. I did not read the reviews and probably lost a few $$. My order is open since October and as everybody here no response to mails or calls.
However, if I read the story of the parent here below where a neighbor gave her money to buy a lamp for her kid as a SANTA gift and you never responded….I can only say "burn in hell"

Your company sucks! Your company is a rip off!! Your customer service sucks!!!! Your company shouldn't even bee allowed to have a website!!!

I ordered patriot leggings back in September 2016 and still have not received them! When I try to track the order it tells me order not filled yet! I tried to contact them via Facebook and they blocked me from being able to send them messages and they deleted my comments I left on the page. Do not order from them!

Ordered New Orleans saints leggings charged my bank account never received items,tried contacting them numerous times made complaints with BBB and they are still on internet still scamming people,why can't BBB or Michican Attourney General do something about this so called company!!!!

I have place an order on November 14 2016 never received it . I tried calling texting email not heard from them I check status of my order n it r says unfulfilled still but it was paid
