Washington Redskins Mirror License Plate looks great, was here in two weeks. Going to enjoy it on the front of my lifted Tahoe in what seems to be Steeler country in West Virginia!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes 3 weeks before Christmas now it's January and it still hasn't been shipped, emailed them like 5 times no response. Horrible service

The company had the best price & worked hard to get it here before Christmas. It made our holiday to see our friends' so surprised with their mascot!

I ordered merchandise from the fan shop and still have not received it and it has been almost a month. Emailed them they have not responded and also called and it automatically states all reps are busy leave name, email, and phone number and someone will contact you. I did that 4 times and no ones has contacted me yet. Poor company

Searched everywhere for my Lions chair and finally came upon the Fan Shop……I will get all my stuff from here in the future.

Super quick responses with email, very friendly and extremely helpful with everything I needed. Long story short, I ordered the wrong size (realized it before I got my product) and they did everything they could to help me with my correct size. This was all via email and they were super quick with everything. Hands down, best customer service!

I ordered a sweater in December and it was never delivered. I emailed and twice and the second time I never got a response. They do not have a legible phone number and I am highly disappointed!!

The snowman was just what I wanted. It is exactly as described. Too bad that displaying it was not worth the time! Saints didn't deliver!

I wasn't sure what size shoes to get for my boyfriend. The site said to get half a size bigger, so I did that. When the shoes showed up they looked really big. So I contacted the seller and asked them what their return policy was. Lance emailed back and told me they would send a return shipping label and replace the shoes with the correct size. When I explained that it was a surprise for Christmas we came up with a plan to have him try on the shoes without him seeing them. The shoes did fit, and it was very pleasant working with Lance to figure out what to do.

The shoes are awesome. No question about it. But what will keep me coming back is knowing that my business is important to fan shop today.
