This is a terrible company, shipping extremely slow, when you try to check the status of a order, it says there is no order history, when you try to contact customer service you get put on hold, I was on hold for 30 minutes, and then I hung up, no one answered, I ordered some merchandise from this company, and I should have read the reviews first, because all the reviews are negative, but I didn't, now I'm paying the price, I still have a order for a t-shirt that hasn't got here yet, and I can't get ahold of someone to ask, this is all very bad customer service, and trying to get any information is almost impossible, I recommend that if you order anything from them, be prepared to wait, not be able to speak to anyone, I was even put through idme, because I'm a Veteran, and I have been verified, and received a discount, so there's no excuse why I can't access my order, tracking information, or contact a live person in reasonable time, there's so much to say negativity about this company, there's not enough space to complain. Use at your own risk, that's my opinion.
