Do not order from this company, Especially if you are in Canada. Shipping was over $100 USD for an in stock item it took a month to arrive. The product was defective and now they want me to pay to send it back. This company is not worth the hassle for the price they charge. Do not order from this company.

Waiting on 4 packages, FedEx can't help until allowed to pick them up.

I bought Clubsport V2.5 wheel base and CSL P1 wheel direct from Fanatec. They got used for maybe 6 hours or so a week. Had issues within one month and had to send back for repair. They sent me a new wheel as first one was found to be faulty. Only 3 weeks later and this time the wheel base failed and had to be sent away and repaired . For a 拢1000 this is poor. I asked if the warranty period will start over from repair/replacement date? They said no. So that's me and Fanatec finished. The product does feel like a quality product but if it doesn't work then thats not what counts.

Fanatec being Biased ship their wheel to Australia but not Asia then when i contacted their support they said in a rude manner to buy from resellers when there are no resellers selling the fanatec csl elite wheel with the loadcell pedals.

Great Product, absolutely terrible after-sales support. I broke my pedal cord and trying to find a replacement is near impossible. They're out of stock on the website and i have tried to get in contact with them about where to purchase a new one as i have been told they have a proprietary cable but have not received any information or support. So no Sim racing until i can purchase a new cord, maybe 2021 if i am lucky, Fanatec???

This is not my final review and I hope the problem gets solved.

I've orderd products from the store. Realy realy great products, racing is very awsome with this Fanatec steering wheel.

BUT…. that is all the good I have to say. Shipping took way longer then they said. Not a problem yet. But I did not receive everything I've orderd. That is the real problem. Customer service is a complete unkown thing there by the Fanatec guys. Replies on my messages take usaly over 2/3 weeks and there is still no solution.

I came to the point that I said I wanted to return everything, their respond: Sorry but the 14 days withdrawal deadline is passed. YEAH RIGHT?! By the time I got the first response the 14 days where already passed.

So if they will come with a solution I'll let you guys know and update this review.

Terrible customer service. For items that say "ready to ship," I've been waiting for 4.5 months. They will not respond to the emails I've sent them. It's really a terrible company. Look at the forum on their website. It's full of complaints. Such arrogance.

Overall positive experience but there's room for improvement. I'm going to start by say the design of the products and general build quality is excellent.

However, the QC needs some work as my steering wheel arrived with a loose screw inside. Took two weeks for customer service to get back to me but when they did, they were very helpful. They sent instructions on how to disassemble the wheel without voiding the warranty, and confirmed it was just an extra screw that fell in during assembly i.e. no defects and I didn't have to RMA the wheel.

Had they responded sooner, I would have given them 4 stars. While it did arrive with a minor defect, I'm a huge fan of being able to perform simple maintenance on the products without voiding the warranty. The fact that they don't just assume that their customers will break everything if they undo a simple screw is excellent and more companies need to follow suit.

This review is for the order and shipping process only. I live in the USA and ordered on 8-18-2020 and received my order on 8-28-2020. The process was easy and straight forward. So far I have zero issues with Fanatec however, the item are still in their boxes, we will see how this goes and I will update as time goes on.

After my powersuply broke down I contacted Fanatec. I sent them the photo's (net very clear) and they said there was no warranty because it looked like a rat ate my powersuply (It looked like that on the photo I sent). After this, I sent them new photo's and explained the situation they said my info was very helpful and they will sent me a new powersuply. After this they failed to sent the powersuply for a week but when I asked them were it was they immediately fixed the situation.Thanks Sanel. BTW the product is amazing!!!! It is very beautiful.

Worst experience ever. Fanatec鈥檚 communication is dreadful. I started to think I was a victim of an online scam but no, just horrible customer service. I鈥檝e been lied to and mislead by them. My advise would be to avoid this company at all cost.

Have spent over $4,000 on fanatec products over the last 7 years.
This last one is the final straw. My load cell died in my CSL elite pedals so i contacted Fuckitec and they said they no longer have the part available to fix my pedals. I asked (should of been offered though) for a small discount on a new set of pedals and they said straight out NO. Im done with your company

It's been 10 days since i ordered my new wheel set. The package still isn't shipped or reached the warehouse. I've tried to contact their support, but that is impossible. When you pay 700 euros for a game wheel + an additional 20 euros for stupid button caps, i do expect the level of professionalism to be at a higher level. Further more their offer to purchase the new f1 2020 game is already sold out. I also paid 25 additional euros for shipping. That's insane after spending such amount. Step up your game Fanatec.

Hi we have a fanatec set. This set has a faulty accelerator. We have not been able to make contact with fanatec. Its took over 9 days to get an automated response. This is a joke for something that cost alot of money.
I would warn people not to buy this system. Fanatec need to seriously improve there customer surport and contact with there customers.
Do not buy this make as the customer service is none excitant is a DISGRACE

Ordered over a month , a 鈥渟ystem error鈥?meant they took the money but never processed the order , after emailing ( waiting 3weeks for a response) they said that it would be shipped that day , I get and email saying delivery expected next day , no email from ups , delivery date has gone by 3 days and still no sign of it , no offer of compensation, no reply, pure stress , not worth it

After three months and poor communication I received notice and tracking number for my order to be delivered today. Check FedEx tracking and the delivery was made at noon today to someone in Casa Grande Az. I live in Tulsa okla. Fanatec is looking more and more like a horrible experience.

Terrible customer service

Be prepared to wait endlessly before buying stuff from Fanatec, this is the worst e-commerce I've ever seen. Not only mention they charge for pre-order items without commit on availability dates, even for items in stock you get bad experience with them.

Received an order processed & shipping email couple days ago but never received any tracking information. Tried contact them via the contact form which was in vain. I hope I don't need to charge back with my bank.

Edit – it seems they're getting things on track hence bumped one star, I've also learned they prioritize faster shipping over Fedex ground orders as well, meaning faster shipping affects time to ship, not only shipping time. I wish they could be more clear on this.

Edit2 – my recent experience with Fanatec has been better, with 2 pre-orders dispatched on time / a bit ahead of time. really glad they're catching up, it's still very hard to get a reply from their customer service though.

Fantastic company.. Purchased CSL Elite F1 wheel, GT2 wheel , V3 Clubsport pedals & Handbrake.. Best setup I have ever used. Had an issue with the GT2 wheel after 11 months and contacted Fanatec and it was replaced with the latest version free of charge… Have been nothing but impressed with the quality of products, customer service and warranty…. 100%

One of the worst most arrogant companies I've ever come across. Such a shame they don't really have any competition, because if they did they'd rightly go out of business.
Reasons: ultra slow ordering process with zero contact, any technical issues often ignored, impossible to get them to respond to issues.
Actually given up sim racing because of them.

Fanatec has terrible customer support. They are quick to pass blame on others when they fail to manage customer expectations and experience issues in their supply chains. We absolutely understand there are crazy things happening in the world, but their abysmal management of the situation destroys any confidence that this company can stand behind their products and support customers when we need support. They realize that they are one of the few options for quality sim gear, so they can treat their customers poorly and there will always be someone else to step up and keep buying from them.

I had the same issues as others with their order saying to be fulfilled only to find out that because there are multiple items that would ship that causes the order to be delayed due to availability. But I eventually was able to get another order put in when items said available to ship. Communication and ordering system definitely needs work but the products are amazing. The products due speak for themselves. Coming from a Logitech G29 to the Podium DD1 wheelbase is a world of difference. Great quality of products and look forward to purchasing more Fanatec gear in the future.
