I ordered at 24 to 36 months England kit and personalised it with a name and the number 3, it arrived with the number 30.

I emailed and had no response, managed to get a contact number and they refunded the first order and I re-orded it, they said a Manager would contact me, but never had.

It did arrive with the correct number, my complaint is when I emailed them I was told I would have a response within 24 hours, no response ever made, after managing to get a contact number and getting the shirt replaced, they still haven鈥檛 contacted me.

This was originally for a birthday present, then was moved to Christmas.

Very disappointed with the customer service of this company, gave them another chance to contact me and guess what, no contact made.

Steer completely clear. Had ordered an England drill shirt for my son for Christmas on the 30th November, told on the 3rd December that the parcel had been sent back and was being redelivered by another delivery firm. Not received. Chased up, told they will look into, phone again today – told it doesn't look like your delivery was on the "lost" list. No longer in stock – sorry – will refund – give me 5-7 days! such poor service.

Terrible service. I ordered an England kit for my son for Christmas with printing on the back. The item arrived with nags and black marks. Nobody responds to emails and you have to use the chat. The customer service reps give the incorrect information and cuts off the chat before the issue is resolved.

Do not use this company.they sent me a hoodie which was faulty phone the contact centre up and could hardly speak any English and was told to take photos and send it to there email address. Then I was told that I had to post it back to them and if they deemed it to be faulty they would refund the money. I sent this back on the 1 September
I have sent them several emails which They have been ignoring. I have sent them 11 emails in total. They sent me an email to say the finance department has issued the refund on the 11 sept guess what 6 weeks later and no refund and also no refund for the p&p which again they have said they have refunded. Not at all happy they have received the hoodie and I have not got my money back and ignoring emails stay away from them.
