I had some issue with an order and Fanatics fixed the problem at their expense!!! Customer service helped me through the entire process. Will I continue to buy from Fanatics? Absolutely.

I ordered a fanatics brand Oklahoma Sooners tshirt. The logo was crooked. It would've cost too much to return for a replacement. My wife wears it for a night shirt. Would not reccomend Fanatics brand anything.

If I was you do not order from this business, because they don't send you a tracking number and it take 6 to 8 weeks before you get orders and they do not tell you that went you order from them. I cant order from them anymore. I made an order on 16 September 2020 and I call them and they said I won't get my packages until October 22. 2020. This is to long for a package, but it did not take them that long to take the money. You don't have to worry about me order from them anymore.

If I could go lower I鈥檇 give it no stars. Customer service is really horrible and they do not help at all. Same goes for NFL shop as well, items that are labeled 鈥渟pecial event鈥?should not be labeled that. And if it鈥檚 in stock, it should ship within your chosen shipping. It should not be delayed for months . Gave them a email and no response so I took it to Twitter. Got one response and that is all, DO NOT BUY FROM FANATICS OR NFL SHOP

Only gave 1 star cause 0 star was not an option. I ordered 3 ECU covid face masks for 19.99 with an offer of free shipping. I paid 9.00, almost half the price of the item for expedited next day shipping with 2 emails showing arrival by today. I checked the tracking on FedEx and they did not ship the next day, sent notification to fedex at 9:30 in the morning and it was picked up around midnight the next day. now there saying i will get it tomorrow. Was going to cancel and then i see they charge 9.99 to send a shipping label. I could have sent it back for about 1.00 through USPS> Only way to contact Customer Service is through Twitter (really). My only other order from Fanatics showed up 3 days before Christmas missing an item. I'm done with this company, I can accept the mistakes, but the lack of available customer service for a company this size is inexcusable. I'm sure they will blame this on COVID, but if you are going to advertise expedited shipping, because of COVID, and people pay the outrageous fee, ie: 9:00 on a 19:00 purchase then you should excuse the pun, deliver on time. Just because you sent the shipping info on a computer to FedEx does not mean it's been shipped, I work in logistics, so I know how it works. Obviously upper management not concerned as there is no way to contact anybody, not even a customer service rep, let along a manager. Maybe we need to start contacting MLB, NFL, NBA etc and let them no that this is how there leagues are being represented.

I placed two orders for three Ezekiel Elliott Dallas Cowboys t-shirts for my nephew. I needed to return one of the three shirts. I purchased the shirt for $22.49 with tax of $1.86. I discovered to return the item Fanatics charges a $9.99 Return Label Fee, which mean this customer would only be credited $14.36. The original price for the shirt was $29.99, but was purchased on sale. Fanatics would profit from the Return Label Fee ($9.99) and get the shirt back to sale again for $29.99. What a Rip Off! Fanatics will no longer be my first choice for shopping for my family. BUYER BEWARE THAT FANATICS CHARGED A $9.99 RETURN LABEL FEE.

Being a season ticket holder I received a 30% discount offer from the Arizona Cardinals.
Throughout the process it states you get your discount when the order is processed but when you process your order it automatically charges you to expedited shipping to the tune of almost ten dollars.
If you try to change this to free ground shipping it automatically removes the 30% discount originally offered, doesn't even give you the opportunity to choose standard ground shipping for a lesser charge.
Well, needless to say bye bye 30% discount.
What a joke, what a shady way to do business.

Purchased a new hoodie, loved it until we washed it – it literally fell apart!. There are literally a dozen huge holes in the fabric, both layers of the fabric. after only the first washing. Never seen anything like it. Washed as usual with the rest of the laundry, nothing else in the load was off, just lots of red material scraps which had disintegrated from the hoodie. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews, as I thought Fanatics was a reputable company. Today, their 1-star rating is 76%, that's not counting the comments I see stating those who would give them NO STARS – LIKE ME. Ugh.

Item 2616506 Women's hoodie shows a bright shiny looking hoodie with gray lining inside. What we received was a normal hoodie, sweatshirt material and just screen print logo. Very disappointed that it did not match picture. They did give me a partial credit but very false advertising in my mind.

On 12/31/19 I ordered a National Championship shirt for the National Championship game on 1/13/20 along with three other items. The other items arrived timely but the shirt will not make it until after the game!! Which is POINTLESS! I have called customer service and was told that is because it is a "special order" Why would you produce game day shirts that can't be delivered by game day???

I have purchased items from Fanatics before and have never had a problem. I ordered a couple things on December 16th under the "Guaranteed by Christmas or it's Free" banner and figured I had plenty of time to get it by the 25th. I was originally promised delivery on the 18th but it never showed. On the 23rd I checked in with the online chat on their website where I was also guaranteed by the 25th "or free". The package did not arrive until the 28th so I called. At first I was told they would only refund the shipping amount. When I asked to speak with a manager, they finally came back and said they would only refund up to $65 and that was the "fine print". The fact that I had nothing to give 2 people on Christmas, had to spend time trying to track the package down then try to get a refund when they "guaranteed free" is beyond aggravating. I will not purchase from this site again.

They offer a wide array of team products BUT BEWARE. i ordered a sweatshirt and a hoodie as Christmas gifts for my niece and nephew both going to the same address. In placing the order, the website was very difficult regarding addresses for shipping to someone besides yourself. So I called customer service and asked for help. after a very long wait, she walked me through and i thought all was fine. Then, the nightmare started. I received an email that my address had been corrected. what she did was remove the house number. my niece received a phone call from FedEx saying they had a package but couldn't deliver it because it didn't have a house number. she confirmed the house number, but still wouldn't deliver it! they said the shipper needed to confirm it.
so i tried to reach Fanatics customer service. they had removed the number from the website. After doing a lengthy web chat, i asked for a live customer service person. they finally got on the phone and said, they could not call FEDEX, and that the package would be returned and credit issued. They would not confirm which of the two items or if both had been in that package.
. So I re-ordered both items.
my charge card was double charged for the first order; then, I received two sweatshirts; one without the house number was delivered, and a second one, In attempting to return them, I was shown that the shipping cost of $9.l95 would be charged. i felt this was wrong. i didn't make the error. Fanatics did.
I have tried to talk with someone and canned get anyone to help me; I called a number I found through google, but after more than an hour wait, I gave up.
My recommendation is to stay away from this website.

Save yourself the aggravation! I'd give them zero stars if possible. My mother ordered me an eGIFT CARD, what could be simpler? As the recipient, I got an order number, but nothing else. My mother got nothing. No email or order confirmation. I tried to use all available tracking methods, track my order, etc… I tried to use the Chat feature, but it says "all of our Fan Advocates are busy chatting with other Fans at this time." I called the 800 number where I was on hold for an hour. When I finally got through to a human, (who seemed quite nice actually) she put me on hold to check on something and I was mysteriously disconnected. I should add that I was nice to her. I didn't yell at her or even give her a hard time. It's not her fault that her employer sucks. My advice? Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Worse company ever!!!!! Worst customer service I鈥檝e ever experienced. They disconnect phone calls and live chats. They kept delaying the ship date and when I asked to cancel the offer, they canceled it then sent me a follow-up e-mail with a new ship date stating they would still be charging me and shipping the item for past the date of when I needed it. Online chat staff was rude and said they had multiple windows open at once and were getting my order mixed up with someone else鈥檚 order. They said I can just return it and pay to ship it/ship it back even though estimated ship date is over 1 week from now and have plenty of time to cancel the order before it ships. They wouldn鈥檛 let me speak to a manager either鈥攕cam company for sure!!!

Terrible experience. I placed an order , then realized my fiance already ordered the same item from another site. I literally called them within an hour to cancel. I was then told that the orders have to be cancelled within 30 min, I spoke with a supervisor, who assured me since it was just placed a short while ago, she was going to reach out to the manufacture to see if the order could be cancelled and would call me back.
I called back the next day to check status and was told to wait the 24 hrs and they would call me back. Next day comes and surprise surprise still no call back, so I made another call (48 hrs later now) and was conveniently told that the supervisor never did as she said and now we are past the time frame that an order can be cancelled thanks to this supposed "supervisors" delay.
I will never order from this company again, and I will pass this info on to my colleagues, family and friends to be sure they never order from this company.
There are way better companies that actually believe in customer service and satisfaction

WATCH OUT: $10.00 to return an item because it doesn't fit. I've received my products on time and they are nice products. The only thing is the L long sleeve tee shirt DMitchell 45 is quite small relative to all other L long sleeve t shirts I have. And this is why I write this review. I have to pay 10.00 return shipping for that. I think its best to buy these products in person therefore. At least they give you a 365 day window for returns. One other problem is that my order history stays empty on the site. So, 5 stars for the products, 3 for the website, 2 for the returns policy.

I placed an order on Nov. 28, Thanksgiving. While tracking it, I found that the shipping label was generated on Dec. 2, but the FedEx site kept showing that they never received the package. This went on until Dec. 10, today, when I spent 20 minutes on hold to speak with someone. She didn't understand the shipping message either, so she offered to send the item again. That's when I found out it was out of stock and had been out of stock the entire time. They didn't have the courtesy to notify me, which is really frustrating since this was a gift for an elderly person not in good health. I asked to speak with a supervisor, who was extremely rude and treated me like a 5 year old. She told me to calm down or she would put me on hold! Really? I used to do a lot of shopping on Fanatics since we are sports fans, but I will never buy anything from them again! This was totally unacceptable!!! I would give them negative stars if possible.
