Most disastrous service ever. The acknowledgment from Fanatics for my complaint took three emails and two tweets. They still haven鈥檛 refunded my money for the transaction that was made more than two weeks before. It鈥檚 been more than week since they accepted that i did not receive my order.

Horrible service was told my order did not go through so I did it again to receive two of the exact same orders then they charge you 10 to send things back. The size on the sweatshirt was suppose to be a medium women鈥檚 it fits my daughter so I called they credited me for my double order shipping to return but won鈥檛 credit me on the kids size saying I need to look at the size chart which clearly says it should more than fit me. So that鈥檚 my fault and I lose 10 bucks what a damn joke never ever again will I order from this place!!!
