Horrible customer service and they're a total rip off! They claim to give free shipping but stick they're BS up yours with a handling fee. SMFH save your money and time and don't do business with these people. And customer service is also horrible. The thot Mira didn't seem to give two Fs about you and your business. She's just there for a check

I ordered 3 ECU Face masks with free shipping advertised. Free shipping was 3 to 7 business days. For 9.00 extra, almost half of the cost of the item, they offered next day shipping. They sent a notification to ship on the computer, but FedEx shows not getting the package till the next day. If I look up my order it says due to arrive Sept. 9. FedEx was saying it was going to be delivered by 9:00 yesterday, then it changed to by 9:00 today, now it shows scheduled delivery pending, its went about 100 miles from Ohio to PA since it shipped. Now it doesn't even give an estimated date. I should have took the free shipping, would have probably got here the same time or sooner. I tried to contact customer service to ask for a refund on the expedited shipping, the only way to contact them is via Twitter (thats a joke) have never heard back since sending a tweet over a day ago. Then I decided I would return the item, and I find out its going to 9.99 for them to ship me a return label. I"ve returned a lot of items to various companies, never had to pay to return something. These masks could have been mailed or about 2.00, which I would not have a problem paying, but to pay 20 bucks for shipping is unacceptable. 10 for expedited shipping, that is yet to arrive and 10 to return. Ridiculous. Dont advertise quick shipping if you can't deliver.

Just told by my wife she ordered Pete Alonso autographed picture.It has been 4 months song and dance from Joe groglio .This is not good business refund our money you have no intentions of delivering this item…to put it nicely??????

I ordered a special gift for my husband but was a little worried about shipping in time for the holidays. I called and spoke with Terrence about the order and my concern. He told me he would follow up and ensure it would be here for Christmas. Not only did it arrive, early in fact, Terrence followed up with personal emails to ensure the product met my expectations and that it had been received. Fabulous customer service!!!! Thank you!

I bought a Bears ball as a gift for my nephew and received a Bengal's one. Linda was very helpful to solve my problem in time for me to go back to Brazil. She helped me changing the delivery address of one item that wouldn't arrive in time. Thank you very much Linda. You were great!

My experience dealing with the CSR Linda was a joy.
I rarely return anything and I thought I will be receiving a hard time from the CSR. But to my surprise, Linda was very nice handling my request and went out of her way to do so. I meant what I said to her that she is a class act. Linda's supervisor also was great to deal with. I would deal with Manufacture direct at NBA store again.

Shelby was very helpful. She worked with me personally to resolve my issue. She was very knowledgable about any questions or concerns I had regarding the product ordered. She is also very kind and soft spoken, not harsh like some CSR you deal with.
