Great site,great prices.

I bought a Bear's Division Champion's hat for my son back in January, unfortunately he didn't like it. So the box has no return slip, or packing slip, nothing. It is now the middle of March and i'm still trying to return this hat!!! I have been trying to get customer service to send me a label, or email me a label, i don't care anything! I don't know why a return slip isn't in the box like other company's do, so easy. But no, messing around with there customer service is so aggravating. So they lost a good customer, and i 'm sending out a buyer beware on this company, there customer relation's is terrible, and hopefully you never have to return anything.

I received my jerseys on time and they look great right sizes no complaints at all

I bought 4 jerseys they came in about 3 weeks the jerseys are very nice the right sizes and they answered back all my emails positive results for me I will use them again

I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago for 2 items for my boys for their birthdays. When I placed the order, I was not given an option for shipping options and it did not give me an approximate delivery timeframe. There has been no update to the tracking information on the items since 10/15. All it says is in transit. Their birthdays have come and gone and I still have no idea when and if the items are coming.

I placed m order on September 15th, I have yet to receive my order. I order 6 jerseys, the season will be over IF the come. I have emailed them twice, no one has responded to me as of yet. I contacted my bank to let them know its a scam, because no one has answered me back. I guess they respond to the bank, because the bank said they said they are not a scam. WELL, why did they not respond back to me. I get an email just saying your order was shipped with a confirmation # on September 26th, guess what i still have yet to receive my order that was over 200.00 i spent with this company. If its not a scam they do business in a bad way. I GUESS THE SEASON WILL BE OVER. ALWAYS READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU ORDER. I NORMALLY DO, I GUESS I TRUST THE WRONG PEOPLE, THEY HAD THE BBB ON THE SITE SO I THOUGHT IT WAS LEGIT.

I payed for three jerseys and they took my money and I'm yet to receive any information on the status or whereabouts of my items. I'm very dissatisfied with my transaction.

I purchased an NFL jersey through this web site and what I received is defective merchandise. The player's number on the front of the Jersey is extremely crooked, appears to be falling over at an extreme angle (I guess it looks OK if I'm leaning against something). This web site is selling defective merchandise without advising customers of this fact. When I informed the Fanaticsoutletshop of this issue I received the following lame excuse:

"Hope you can accept. we are wholesaler, each jersey just about not over 50usd, And the price it is big difference with retailer. we didnot have any big margin profit, i beg your kind understanding. After all, we also have the cost and other charges. Hope you can understand us. And also I really sorry for that, pls kindly to understand we are wholesales dealing with thousands of jerseys every day , can't make every jersey 100% perfect.
