Influencer says I decided to make a comeback using fan Centro again influencer says I about to make video with a boy again coming soon influencer says I can't do this anymore I don't have it in me anymore sorry influencer and Fan Centro took my money and delivered NOTHING and fan centro support never even replied back to me I'm done with fan centro and advise others to STAY CLEAR OF FAN CENTRO

You pay for services you never receive they have no customer service skills they just take your money and ripped you off. Please use a different platform and avoid fancentro even their models tell you to boycott them they are more than happy to take your money and provide 0 service. Wont issue refunds no matter how much proof you have that they havnt provided the service

I just got off live chat and my issue wS resolved within minutes. And to boot, I only had to wait about 30 seconds to start live chat. Can't shout loud enough about the service response of this company.
Overall, Fancentro is awesome and so was Heather in customer service!

I ordered a year service through this company and the service only lasted 3-4 months i have contact them multiple times to reach out to their client that they assured me they are in close contact with and then i had to show them proof that they were not posting. they said the best they could do is give me a month free. How is that fare i paid for a year only got 3 or 4 months and they want to make it okay with one free month. I am in contact with the BBB and credit card company do not waste your time

It took them 6 weeks to refund me for a subscription that I never received. They just gave me generic responses constantly and asked for the same screenshots off me that I had already provided multiple times.
Influencers word seems to be taken as gospel even after they had lied to fancentro multiple times. Extremely frustrating process and I doubt I will use fancentro again because of it.
Influencers are also able to lie about the content they are providing, when this is brought up with fancentro their response is for you to message the influencer directly (most influencers aren't contactable unless you tip them) as they have no access to their content. Be very careful of purchasing some of the offers influencers advertise.

Maria was the person I spoke to, she was the best agent I have ever spoke to through email. She was very polite, even when I regrettably was not. She would always email me back within 20 min. I was going to cancel my membership, Maria is the ONLY reason that I still have a membership though this company.
