An item was ordered on Friday with the delivery instructions clearly stating Next Day Delivery. The delivery did not turn up until Monday, as the delivery agency do not deliver at weekends. The website needs to be updated to state that next day delivery applies to NEXT WORKING DAY. However, customer services did ring the pacakage depot on my behalf to request item was returned to them which was a positive.

I was cutting it short to get a fancy dress outfit sorted for a party, so with two days to spare I ordered some stuff from here.

The order arrived as expected on time and was of great quality so was totally pleased. After checking out a few competitors online, these guys will be my first stop in the future and would recommend them. Best price too for what I bought.

Impressed with speed costume arrived however very poor quality and dress was torn at the side. Think it may have been returned by someone therefore it was second hand.
I couldn't be bothered to send this back but would do if supplier wishes me to do so and I receive a full refund including packaging.
