Wish I had found these reviews before I ordered from them.
Waited well over a month for delivery and when the items arrived they were badly packaged, damaged and extremely poor quality.
Ordered the wobble ball for the children – no instructions included. After trailing the internet found out how to inflate. It lasted 2 times before it ripped.
Despite saying its a UK site you have to pay for postage to China if you want to return the items.
Don't waste your money like I did just wish I could let more people know this is a rip off site.

I ordered a water ball for my grand children they beenwaiting patientley for over a month and half still nothing emailed several times no reply , theres no phone number to contact them , people need to stay clear of this web site .

Poor company to deal with. I have not received my order. I placed it over a month age. I have emailed them several times and get the same auto response. There is no contact number to call them to complain. Avoid them at all cost.

Purchased the hair clippers that claimed to do everything. Item that arrived looked like a cheap child's toy. There is no way it trimmed a man's hair as demonstrated in the video!

A rubbish company that will not answer emails, will not confirm orders placed and does not provide any delivery dates BEWARE!

Paid for sticy hooks online, 拢13.99 not seen hide nor hair, emailed them and all I get is an instant, presumaby automated, email back asking me to 'take a photo of the item I have received!!

Sold me a counterfeit product and have no been emailing back and fourth for over a month trying to get a refund.

Completely sub-standard product. Sent replacement which was still faulty. Item arrived with no packaging or instructions.

UK website but items are shipped from China. If you want a refund you are expected to pay the postage back to China.

When the ball finally arrived, it was in a plain bag with no user instructions or safety information. It did not inflate well or any way near the size it was supposed to. It then did not retain its air and so was useless as a ball. Although fancy found were prompt at replying to my emails, they were very hesitant to provide a refund until I got PayPal involved. They do not appear to understand UK consumer law. Avoid
