I have had the same problem. Ordered the dash camera as a Christmas gift. Never received it. Several emails and requests for a refund. No results. Thieves!! Do NOT trust this SCAM!

They are thieves. They sent me the wrong product and did not correct it or give me a refund. The customer service is terrible and the items are cheaply made. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Shocking.
Bought a rearview mirror clip on dashcam with the dual camera on Dec 2nd. Never arrived. Despite numerous emails to and fro and requests for a refund due to non-compliance of their own shipping terms, they have still made no attempt to put this matter right other than claim they will speed up customs!
This was to be a Christmas present, I have no intention of giving it as a Christmas gift next December!
Avoid like the plague unless you enjoy sending pointless emails to and fro chasing money that is never likely to be returned. I hope they get closed down before anyone else falls victim to their unethical and dishonest practises.

Do not buy from this site. Bought the dash cam and shipped to UK. Hit with 拢11.20 custom charged to receive it then when opened it there was no rear camera. Was not touch screen and had no GPS capability or lane assist. Contacted many many times and only offered $4 compensation and told to sell at local store. PayPal didn't help either as they gave me less than 1 week to return for full refund but I would need to pay all charges. The item was 拢15 and with postage and customs charges it was nearly 拢40 and would cost the same to return. Terrible
