I ordered a specific kind of dress and the one they sent me was totally wrong and it was huge with the wrong material didn't come back on time I just had an all around horrible experience????

So website – clothes adorable, right? You imagine looking totally cute! Prices? Super! "Yay!" You think, "why not?!"

I'll let you why to stop right the hell there. This company fluctuates its name. In your shopping experience, you may know them as Cutevana or FancyKose. In emails, a company Kosegugi replies to QA or CS inquiries.

A month after making my purchase online, fraudulent payments started coming off of my credit card from the US for purchases on Amazon. I believe they sell your transactional and personal information- or us it themselves – and use this platform to phish for information.

Oh – the clothes were nothing like what the pictures show. Don't bat an eyelash. Stop buying online.

Attempting to get a refund since October. One dress didn't arrive and the other 3 are terrible. The quality is shocking, they look cheap and nasty.

Fancykose.com or Cutevana.com seems to be the same company and no trustful. They talk about highest quality, nice features or show amazing pictures to animate you to buy. But quality is miserable, features written about are not there. They refund nothing. Not only the winter coat where the zipper is defect. I cannot wear it. They don鈥榯 reply any email. Parcel arrived 6 weeks or later with no tracking information. I鈥榤 shocked about such business manners. Save your money and shop at another place.

Fraudulent company. Same experience as people have unfortunately reported below (posted after my order was originally made). Ordered 3 items and received an order number via email. A few days later they sent another email notifying me my order had been shipped with a "fedex" number in the email. After trying multiple times to track the package on a foreign site it says no information has been found. Emailed the company using two different email address. No response. Tried the "contact us" option on their website. It does not work. It says invalid verification code.

It has been almost a month with no information, no response from company and no clothes delivered. What a waste. I have disputed this charge on my credit card and am hoping this company gets shut down with consequences.

I placed an order on October 17 and got an order number. Nothing since then. I鈥檝e sent follow up status update inquiries to their service email and nothing. I鈥檝e looked them up on social media to openly discuss the issue and expose this 鈥渂usiness鈥?and they have no social media presence. I鈥檓 pretty sure I鈥檝e been duped with no way of getting my money back. DO. NOT. SPEND. YOUR. MONEY! This is a fraudulent business – whether stateside or international. They are stealing from consumers.

Ordered 3 items, 1 cardigan OK, top not great, doesn't have full length sleeves like advertised and different material. Jumpsuit is shockingly bad, terrible fit, nothing like shown, all hems are out and different material as shown. Tried to return via email. You do get a reply but have got nowhere, same replies, going round in circles. Doubt I'll be able to return, waste of money. Fraudsters, cheap quality from China. Don't waste your time or money

Impossible to cancel orders (I have done it before having received a shipment notice, being aware that I would be charged 15% of the value), but they never bothered answering. Impossible to track packages. They send you 鈥渇edex鈥?tracking number, but when you click on it, it takes you to a Foreign website, and when you are finally able to translate it and track your package, it tells you that they have no information about your package, and that it might not have been sent. Of course, they don鈥檛 bother answer to emails and requests. Stay away from this company! They are crooks! I will try to see what paypal can do for me.

I ordered 4 items 3 weeks ago. After reading all these comments I was afraid I would either not receive anything or that I would receive the wrong things/sizes. I got 3 tops and 1 kangaroo coat. I ordered size small in all items. I received size small in all items. The coat is nice, the material is different to what I expected but still comfortable and warm. It said it had 100% cotton outer & water resistant but its 100% polyester. No strawstrings as advertised. Good enough fit. Extra panel & baby panel nice. The tops were good. Snug size small but still look good on me. One top was different to the picture because the colour in the picture looked gradient but it was wasn't. But overall it wasn't as bad as I thought. Quality is fine. You are not paying big money! Overall I'm happy!

I wanted to cancel my order within an hour after placing the order and quickly filled out the cancellation form. They responded without cancelling my order and gave me the run around for days. Finally, I said please stop responding without resolving the issue. I emailed within the time frame required so please cancel my order.
They responded with, "sorry more than 24 hours have past so we cannot cancel your order without charging a fee."
They gave me the run around and then wanted to charge me a hefty cost for it.

I ordered three jumpsuits because they were having a 3 for $65 sale. When I went to check out, the website asked me to fill in my phone number or my email so I could finish the order, not to create an account. It did not specify if I was ordering as a guest, but simply asked for my number or email so it could confirm my order to it. I opted for my phone number since I check text messages more frequently. I put my debit card in and address, and was sent to a "thanks for your order!" page, complete with an order number. But I was never sent a confirmation to my phone. I waited two days for something to be sent, but nothing was ever sent to my phone confirming that my order was submitted. I check my bank account, and yep, the money was deducted. On the confirmation page it sent me to, at the bottom of the screen there is a "Need Help? Contact Us" link. When you click it, it your email pops open with a new email draft and the address its sending the email to is [email protected] kosegugi.com. Great, I sent an email explaining my concerns on not knowing if my order was confirmed or not, and made sure to include my order number, but low and behold, 20 seconds later, I get an "Undeliverable" email in my inbox, stating that the email [email protected] kosegugi.com does not exist. Awesome. So I go back to the website, and I create a new account, with my email address. Of course, there are no past orders associated with this because as I stated earlier, when I made my order originally, I used my phone number and not my email. If you click the "My Account" tab at the top of the home page, and scroll to the bottom, you see another "Contact Us" link. I click that and I am taken to a new page where I fill out my fist, last name, order number, email and what my issue is. The last box has a captcha code, nothing out of the norm, BUT no matter what the captcha code is, after I click "submit ticket" I ALWAYS get the error "VERIFICATION CODE INVALID"

so, they give us two options to contact them, an email that does not exist and a help page that won't let you submit a trouble ticket because the captcha code won't let you proceed.

I am now left assuming that my $65 is lost forever and I will not be receiving the stupid cute outfits I was excited about receiving.

Do not order from this shady website. Learn from my mistake. Sorry for the long review, but it needed to be explained.
