Good – Ordered plate, recieved in good time but wrong font. Emailed [email protected] [website] and recieved a quick reply saying a new one has been dispatched. Recieved and looks good.

I feel I must give Fancy Plates a 5 star review, in spite of the negative comments from others. The plates arrived in 5 days. There were no problems at all. I found the best way of contacting them, if necessary, was by email. Credit where it is due. Thank you.

Not a good experience, I ordered a plate and immediately spotted a potential error so sent an email from the web contact form and no response. Plate arrived and sure enough it was wrong, tried to contact again via [email protected] and no response. Absolute 0 for customer service so buyer beware!!!

Ordered a plate and received confirmation. Website says next day despatch but it didn鈥檛 arrive. Several emails and unanswered phone calls later got a polite email apology for the delay. Plate eventually arrived 20 dats after it was ordered but is exactly what I wanted and the quality looks good. Thanks

Ordered a few sets of plates as standard size and they came with bigger Letters then standard so looked to big for standard plate size. Contact them several times to change one set at least don鈥檛 want to no馃憥And over charge postage.buy 2/3 sets charged 拢10/15 postage and takes long for that money so will no buy again .they Ignore You don鈥檛 want to no.So five 馃憥馃憥馃憥馃憥馃憥down

Hi, don't be put off by the bad reviews! I almost was…and I have purchased two sets now (separately), both arrived as promised, and are fantastic quality too. Even included fixings.

I actually needed to re create a pre 2001 very specific plate letter font, which they got spot on. Anyway, I don't usually write reviews to be honest, but I firmly believe in credit where its due, and in my experience, it was excellent, twice in fact.

If you want to communicate with them "Forget it", they will never answer or respond, If you want something different than what they produce "Forget it", Don't bother to put anything in the any special requirements section it will be ignored, Buy at your own risk, I would also pay by paypal as it "may" give you a chance to have your money returned when you don't get what you want.Will not be using again, which is a lost to them of many hundreds of pounds, but i'm guessing they don't give a S***

Ordered correct plates but incorrect ones delivered due to website glitch.

Emailed them and called them on many occasions but no response to any correspondence.

Plenty of better suppliers out there so I would look else where in future.

Seem to be having same issue as others. Ordered plate at beginning of week, no updates. Emailed to enquire about progress, no response, phoned them up, nobody answers the phone. Useless, am now concerned about reports of plates delaminating

Update – even though no emails or phone calls were responded to, the number plate did eventually arrive, however one small detail wasnt included. Plate was of a good quality though

Highly recommend here super quick delivery and the plates look amazing on my car so glad I ordered from here and will definitely order again or tell my friends / family!

Plates ordered. Quality of the plates overall good, but there was a line through the entire rear plate in the material, which spoiled the look of it. Sent pictures and requested the same plate without the line. No response. I assume deliberately ignored as I e-mailed their address as well as filled in the online form.

Avoid.

Plates delivered promptly and at excellent prices. Yes we also had a de-lamination issue on ones we ordered but after one email and a reminder there was no quibbling and replacement plates arrived promptly. I still say excellent service and value for money.

I Used fancy plates recently and I can confirm the product I received was top quality and I believe great value for money. I place the order sunday night and my plates arrived in the uk on Wednesday. I will 100% use fancy plates again..I even received both types of number plate fixings screws
With washers and sticky pads that I never expected.i will have no issues what so ever in recommending fancy plates to family and friends.

Ordered bespoke sized plates for my Caterham and they arrived exactly as ordered with the correct fonts, logos, kite marks, postcode, etc. 100% recommend

I鈥檝e used fancy plates before around 5 years ago and had no issues. Ordered from them a week ago and received my order 4 days later.

The reason I鈥檝e only given 3 stars is due to the high postage prices and lack of customer service. It says you will receive an email to confirm dispatch but I didn鈥檛. Also with paying 拢7 postage I would have expected the order within 2 days.

I contacted fancy plates for an update on my order an never got a reply.

The plates are fine though.

Ordered plates off these awhile ago and nothing has shown up. no response to any emails except one saying i should have had them no later than 14th.

i would never use these again now. what an utter shower of S*** for a company.

I ordered a set of plates in March 2018 and noticed in April that the rear one was delaminating. I emailed them a couple of times including photos of the affected areas and had no response whatsoever. I even tried to call them on their phone number and you guessed it no one answered. I emailed them again in December and actually had a reply that a replacement plate would be sent out. I received that today so it looks as if they are starting to take their customer service more seriously. Review changed from 1 star to 3 as a result.

The plate I ordered turned up in good time, the quality looks the same as others but there is zero communication. I emailed two queries about the order confirmation, NO REPLY. There was an error on the plate, emailed, NO REPLY. I sent a further email, NO REPLY. Any company that just ignores its customers is complete rubbish and should be avoided. DON鈥橳 USE use in my opinion.

Awful service, plates arrived quickly but delaminating a few months later. Emailed and they said would replace but nothing has been sent despite reminding 3 times.

Terrible customer service. Made a mistake with my order and they will not acknowledge emails or answer the phone to discuss. Steer clear!

Ordered plates on 14 May 18. No plates have been received and I cannot contact the company, they dont answer emails or the messages that are left. They dont answer the phone. Appalling.

Promises 'next day' delivery. Placed order on 17th May, received confirmation of order, then nothing. Two weeks later and no response to multiple enquiries, still no number plates. Credit card refund here we come…

Ordered over three weeks ago still not received the plates emailed them four times had no reply having to get in touch with my bank to get my money back stay well clear is my advice

Ordered a custom size plate & it was delivered 2 days later.

Would definitely use this company again.
