I had ordered a slim patch three months ago and its still not come. I sent emails to cancel it as I has moved away, and they want to refund only 30%, 40%, and 50% ? I want the entire amount, they think money grows on trees ? I sent so many emails and no one bothers to help me. They keep forcing me to take the product when I do not want it anymore. This is not customer satisfaction. Very bad. Total cheats ! I want my entire amount back , not half the amount !!

Three weeks after I placed my order it still was not even processed with no shipping date in site. I cancelled the order and placed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money refunded.
