SCAM. FRAUDULENT COMPANY. They sent me a product that was very different from what the product page describes. When I tried to refund, they lied about the refund policy. When I caught their lie, they asked me for a million videos to prove that the product they sent in fact sucked. Finally, they dismissed my legitimate claim for a refund by saying g that the product is cool and I should get used to it. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. STAY AWAY.

This company is garbage. I ordered the bundle of one small and one large Lapras flower pots. That was May 2nd. It is now October 6, 2020 and I still have not received them. I reached out multiple times and they can only tell me 鈥渕y order is in transit鈥?and they can do nothing more, and cannot refund me. Tracking info hasn鈥檛 updated since 6/26 where it鈥檚 been in California. Poor customer service with no resolve.

Delivery came when expected all things considered with covid. Great experience!

Yea is pretty good material and comfy to wear them everything is good is just that the shipping takes about a month and its abit pricey for that shirt in my country := especially converting the price to my country and there is like a 9dollar shipping cause so like total for at 26usd shirt total up is 49dollar per piece including gst in my country

I, unfortunately, was a victim of this. Bought a sweater, the email said 鈥渄elivered鈥?- I was excited until my tracking app said delivered, 3.7 miles away from my home! The correct address that I had entered was confirmed to me every time I spoke/emailed, messaged someone in (and involved with) the company. China emailed me, telling me that I need to speak with USPS (in which I told them that the tracking number wasn't a USPS tracking number (I should know).. And they also mentioned how they don鈥檛 re-send packages or do refunds whEn on their website (on the bottom) it states that they do refund- But I鈥檓 guessing that you have to send it back, first.. But I can鈥檛 since I never received it- And I have proof!! And, then About 2 weeks later, they emailed me saying that I needed to speak to OnTrack- Not USPS- about mY package!!! Fandomaniax has all of my information and money- That company should do the back and forth calling- Not me, no offense. I paid 100% for my product and service, I expected 100% for my product to arrive to me, and that whomever is helping service the company to make sUre of that. I did it anyway – The calling, and they told me to give the company a service request number so that Fandomaniax can personally call them and talk about my case/situation. 2 business days later, Fandomaniax replied to my email asking for an actual written proof of the conversation!!! Incredibly ridiculous. I emailed them (customer service number is fake- hA!) And told them that I paid them and it鈥檚 their job to make sure that I received the package. If not, to refund my money…. 4 days now, waiting for a reply, and counting…

I ordered a hoodie jacket cause I don't have many of them and I saw what Fandomaniax had and looked good. Since I don't normally see anime branded clothing at retails, I decided to give it a shot. Plus it was on sale too. I bought it and received it roughly a month after. I didn't mind the waiting, except when it was sent to the East Coast and I live on the West, and during COVID, so I expected to wait quite a while. During my wait, Kim, the Chief Customer Liasions Officer was giving me updates on other products as well as when my items would roughly arrive. As well as tracking numbers and Canada post notifications. When my items arrived, I was notified by both Canada post and Fandomaniax. The item was neatly sealed in plastic along with the free mask (promotion). The mask was also sealed and came with a neatly packed thick paper to help form the mask so I don't suffocate from the cloth. The quality of the hoodie and the mask was very nice. Very soft, comfortable, durable, and appealing. I've had a few people ask me where I gotten my items from when I was errands. I wouldn't mind purchasing from them again along with the wait and/or with or without discounted items.

I've brought many items from this store and I have so many good things to say about them. They are consistent with keeping me updated on my items when they're shipped, they have great sales every month and the products are perfect – I haven't had any defects or issues. Will continue to shop here.

I ordered a custom jersey from an anime I enjoy, the quality was better than I expected. The shipping too 3 weeks but they already had a disclaimer about the time it would take to be made and shipped. Good service and good products.

Wasted my time with their security proccedures, asked me for every info they needed, gave them the info and it still wasn't enough. It ended up wasting 1 week just to get my order refunded, really bad website and i wouldn't recommend buying from them, also they told me they couldn't ship in my country so i had to ship it to somewhere else even though in the website it said international shipping. Very unprofessional

I got three hoodies from Fandomaniax and I absolutely love them and plan on getting more! Awesome customer service, when i needed to contact them they got right back to me and all my packages came well packaged and neat! Really awesome merch with awesome service!

The site is easy to use and to find what ur looking for and the quality on the products is good. You can get discount codes sent by mail and you can track your package through a mail/message they send you and overall I recommend using fandomaniax

I don't know why people are shocked there are tax/customs charges. Everyone knows that if it's over a certain value, you will have to pay tax/custom charges 鈥?Fandomaniax are not responsible for this. They do say on their website you may have to pay tax & customs charges.
