I ordered merchandise via the official Dream Theater website 2 weeks ago, saw that my bank acct was charged and waited. Finally contacted them for status and they inform me they canceled my order without notice due to lack of inventory. (same items still being advertised for sale when they know they don't have it?? ). Glad I didn't wait any longer to inquire.

I ordered a t-shirt on December 10th (writing this as of January 3rd). I'm usually pretty lucky with online shopping however this has been a pretty bad experience so far! They took about two weeks to actually take the payment from my account, and I received notice that it had been shipped on the 27th, over two weeks after I ordered it. Communication was on the poor side, it takes at least three days per message, making for a very slow resolution if you have issues. It has been almost a month since I ordered and the usps tracking number I was given simply says "a label was created but it's not in the system yet". I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as it was around chrIstmas time and it can be busy however this is getting ridiculous. Considering this is the official retailer for many big artists they really need to learn how to run a business. Not impressed at all.

Edit: As of January 10th, I did finally receive my item, however I also got an 拢11.16 customs charge that I wasn't told about. So all in all, a bit of a nightmare!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever come across. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are terrible. I paid extra to have 2 day shipping and I did not receive my items for over a week! They have no remorse or courtesy! It was an overpriced gift for my son's birthday and nothing was as described upon purchase.

Ordered a shirt on September 6th, it's been a month and I STILL haven't received it yet. I also have not received an email receipt, good thing I took a screenshot of the order confirmation after the purchase. I've tried emailing customer service THREE TIMES and have received NO RESPONSE yet. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

6th February – t-shirt ordered.
12th February – I sent an email asking when I could expect my order.
16th February – email received to tell me delay due to UK warehouse, but would be shipped out shortly.
22nd March – still no receipt.

Extremely disappointed. Not recommended.
Order was via the official Paul McCartney website.

I ordered fan products over 200 鈧? 11.02.2018. No progress has been made on the order page on 09/03/2018. I have written to them, queries, where is my order? they just send the same answer every time – "Hello,
The ordered items have arrived and orders should start shipping within the next 5-7 business days. You will be notified by email when this order ships. We apologize for any inconvenience. "
I've never had one bad service at any online store. There is something wrong with this firm. Perhaps the employees are some uneducated unemployed at a sheltered workplace. The first rule of a businessman is – Never give unswerving promises. I do not recommend this firm to anybody. I do not know if I can ever goods, I have already given up the hope!

Horrible service, I ordered two demi lovato shirts for a concert and they only sent 1. never communicated to me that they only had one in stock. I had to call to find out what was going on with my package. I will never order from this website again. Highly not recommended.

I ordered a tee shirt for a Christmas present. On 30th December I received a card from the post office to say I needed to pay over 拢12.00 customs charge before they delivered it. I emailed the company who refused to contribute towards charges. This has turned out to be a very expensive tee shirt! I won鈥檛 be buying anything from this company again.

This is totally scam and cheating. I highly recommend this fanfire.com is not trustworthy. They wlll pre-authorize your account and keep your personal information. But it will make you feel your money broken and you don't recognize your transactions at all. This is bull$#*! and they tried to scam people's money. Like wow! Seriously, people should get a real job, dammit.

Depeche Mode tour t shirt ordered – did not turn up at all within the time it said – was 3 months late – chased and chased no response and then when t shirt arrived it is horribly thin and poor quality – a fake i reckon

The one time I've decided to place an order of three items of my favorite band. Order placed on 19th July, shipped according to FanFire on 25th and no tracking number ? Tried to contact them over ''customer support'', no response. Never. Ever.
People don't use expression for nothing ''google it' before you decide to buy something. Too late. I was ripped of for 100$.
I strongly recommend you avoid purchasing anything from Fanfire, since there is 99.9% chance that you will not get it.
Avoid.

Awful. Items not in stock receive no notification upon, or after ordering, no updates of any kind. Customer "service" never responds, over priced items and shipping to boot. Overall a pathetic experience.

Ordered a U2 t-shirt ten days ago, not even an update on order tracking, 3 emails sent on the' contact us' section, they haven't even bothered to reply. I was actually beginning to think it might be a fake website and some scammer has just taken my money. Surprised U2 have allowed themselves to be associated with such poor service.

I ordered a shirt on the opening day of the Joshua Tree tour 2017, and I still haven't received it. They say they will start shipment at the end of May? Called last weekend, and was told expect another 2 weeks before shipment. I'm thinking they are waiting until the first leg of the tour ends, then they will ship items. If by chance this the procedure then tell us this.

I ordered 2 U2 t-shirts in May 18th. I think I should get before Jun 14th when I go to the concert. Until today I didn't get it. I called them many times, they told me I'm unlucky because the items is in preorders. How f***ing cares, why they don't put the choice when you make orders. Maybe if I see is not able to order on time I will looking for an other company. I have a bad experience with Fanfire.

I did order 2 at shirts for the U2 concert on a Friday paid for 2 days delivery Thursday next week not having any news from my items I did call customer service just to find out they were not in stock and will take 2 weeks to get the shirts …

So today is 4th of May, I ordered 3 things (1/3 the price was the shipping) On 24th of April I think. Anyway the overall experience was horrible, the customer service is very rude and inconsiderate. They take over a week to accept payment(my bank has a 6day anti scam protection – my money gets refunded if they don't confirm the payment), they didn't want to take any of my suggestions under consideration until I suggested that I'd make a new order and I'd get the items from the other one, they agreed and Michael (the guy from customer support) said he'll contact the management. I placed the offer and asked once again if I'll get my items cause the tshirt I wanted ran out of stock on large, he said no and that my order has an xl so once again I ask what about the old one? Ofc the answer was you cancelled it! So I wouldn't recommend buying from those guys unless you want to pay alot for shipping and get your a** roasted by the customer service:)

Had a stab of nostalgia, so ordered a t from there web site, yes they have one. Returned unworn for refund, the refund process was also like going back to 1979!!!! Crap service, coms, still don't have money back. Not worth the grief, can get same elsewhere twish I'd done this first could have avoided "Tate", the person on end of email who can't read English. I think it's a sham business that works on not sending or refunding orders institutionally for margin/profit. AVOID.

Preordered an album through this site. You would think when you preorder something you would get it the day it's released. Nope. 10 days I waited to get an album that had faster shipping and was cheaper on Amazon. Release date was on the 4th, shipped out on the 2nd and then it just sat in another state for 3 days until it finally departed. Then waited another week until I finally received it. Never ordering from this site again.

I am not one to write bad reviews on any company but this is an exception…I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life!!
I placed an order on July 28th for a shirt I intended to wear to a concert on August 7th. I checked a few days later to track the package there was no order confirmation and no charge on my card which I thought was weird so I replaced the order and even paid for 2nd day air on Monday (so I will definitely receive the shirt by Friday). This time there was a pending charge on my credit card. It is now Wednesday I tried to track the order and just as the last order they have no information available?… Okay.
So I called the customer service hotline waited on hold for 10 minutes as expected when someone finally answered. Either Olivia or Lydia (I didn't catch her name because she was so quick and snappy with me) was EXTREMELY rude. She would barely let me speak and every time I tried to explain the situation she would cut me off and have an attitude with me. She was very condescending and sarcastic. Apparently the first order went through although I never received any sort of email or notification so she had an attitude that I replaced the order. Then she informed me the part is backordered. Again had an attitude when I asked how long it will be until they are in stock.. 4-6 weeks. It would of been nice for someone to at least email me or give me a call to let me know that my shirt that I paid $43 for to have shipped 2nd day air would not be here for probably 2 months….

$43 is ridiculous to spend on a tank top anyway so in the long run I am happy I did not waste the money I just wish I didn't go through all this trouble.

Also if Olivia/ Lydia ever happens to reads this I suggest you find a new job because you should not work in customer service when you have zero people skills whatsoever. Bless your heart.

I ordered 2 t-shirts, neither of them were on backorder, and the website said they were both available. It had been 3 weeks and I still had not received my items, so I emailed the company and they told me that one of the t-shirts was on backorder, and I would be receiving it in 1-4 weeks. Then I just received an email today that said my other t-shirt is sold out and I would not be receiving it. Thanks fanfire.

I orderd a poster and the advertisment read,"Hand Signed Guitars Poster Joe's Super Colossal Guitars appear on this poster printed in full color on heavy duty card stock. Each poster has been hand signed by Joe Satriani. Measures 30" x 16". (SAT38384) , I received the poster and i was not signed at all, i emailed Fanfire 2xs for assistance and was ignorned!

I'd ordered a t-shirt from Fanfire in early July. A day or two later, I received an e-mail saying that my package was shipped on July 15th and should arrive in 2-3 business days. It is now August 5 and still no package. I've exchanged several e-mails with their "customer service." All they keep telling me is that my package was shipped out on the 15th of July. When I try to track my package with the order number they've given me, there is no record of my package! I've informed them of this. Guess they couldn't track it either cos I received an e-mail today saying that they're going to send me another shirt. I'll be generous, give 'em the benefit of the doubt, and give them 5 business days. If I don't receive it by then, I'll contact my credit card company and see where I can go from there.
