Ordered an item in November have yet to receive it they took the money out immediately no refund
I ordered a Dallas cowboys hoodie for my husband in November they took the money out of my acct I still have not received item I have contacted them 7 times now and they just keep responding with it is stuck in China customs usps has no word on this item. They refuse to refund money

defective merchandise
Order a Giant Jersey (red and white) in size adult medium. The Jersey is ORANGE and white and would not even fit a 7 yr old child. Tried to contact customer service to get my money back and was offered 15% back of the price. If I sent it back, I was told it may not reach them for the refund.
