I placed order for a pair of jeans with rhinestones on the back pocket and a pair with the American flag on back pockets. I received paper thin jeans with nothing on them. I repeatedly emailed them to refund my money or to send me the right jeans. They want to give me a 5 dollar gift card. I of course denied. I've been going back and forth sending pictures of what i ordered and what i got. They requested this 4 times. Copy of package and labels. This has ben going on for 8 months. No they say they have no information that i ordered anything. Now they won't even respond.

I ordered 3 pairs of pants from them on January 6th. I knew they were coming from China so I knew they would take a while. Then Covid hit. UGH. I notified them and they assured me that, (The Parcel is on the way) That was a lie. I went back and forth with them for over 5 months. I just wanted my money back, I knew they were not sending me my items. They had given me 2 tracking numbers and my items were supposedly in New York since February 10, at Customs. Then at the end of May they sent a new tracking number and low and behold my item moved to California and then got delivered in IOWA…I live in Rhode Island. I contacted them and they wanted me to check with my neighbors to see if they had my package. I wrote back that they needed to look at a map of the U.S.and they would see that I could not check with my neighbors. They then sent me a new tracking number. All this time I insisted I didn't want the items any more just my money back. The new tracking number never showed up as going any where, so I assumed it never existed. I just about gave up. They just contacted me again and said it was delivered and I should once again check with my neighbors. I e-mailed them back and told them I just want my money back as clearly they didn't send anything. I know I will not be getting anything from them and I know I am out my money. My only hope is that I can spare someone the annoyance and aggravation from going through this. Don't buy from this company….They SUCK!!!!!!

Ordered 2 pair of jeans. Never received items. Customer service refused to assist.

I placed my order with this company on March 10,2020 , they took the money from my account. I have emailed this company several times and even threaten them with my lawyer and BBB but still have not had any success in recieving my order or getting refunded back m money which Ive asked for back now 3 times. They said my oder had been deivered to my residence on May 14, 2020 but it wasnt. They gave mew a tracking # and said it was deivered through USPS and fed-x. Ive contacted both these companies and they have stated to me there is no suc tracking # of the sort that this company has giving me. I emailed the company back here three days ago and still no response back. Never again will I trust an online order!!!

I ordered 2 pair of jeans from FannyU. I received them several months later.
They are nothing like the advertisement. They offered a gift card of $5.00
and I keep the jeans. Suppose to be western rhinestone jeans. Not a rhinestone one on these sorry jeans. The material is so thin I am afraid to wear them that I might bust the ass out of them. I have sent them email after email. I told them to stop the BS and refund my money and I would pay for the shipping. I did not care if the product had to be returned to China and US Customs had to approve. Take your sorry jeans back and refund my money.They no longer answer my emails. I also contacted PayPal about these sorry people. I sent a request to Paypal asking them "how can they be associated with this company and letting them rip people off". No answer from PayPal.

I placed my order on March 4. The money was taken out on March 7th and I asked them on the 5th to please cancel my order and they kept telling me to be patient and my order will ship. Here it is June 18th and they said my package had been delivered and I called the post office with the number they gave me for tracking and they do not even have that tracking number in their paperwork anywhere! I鈥檓 not really sure they even sent it

Bait and Switch scam, then they refuse to refund money. They offered a $6.00 gift card for my $80.00 order, because after I pay to ship top China it would be more cost effective for me to accept $6.00

Never got the products and now the website has closed down. Whoever these fraudsters may be, you deserve what will still come your way. Just a pity we all lost money in the process.

They advertise one item and send you something half the quantity of the item shown on the pictures. VERY DISAPPOINTED and I requested a refund (highly doubt I will get it)!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!! THEY ARE COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST. THEY RESPOND TO YOUR REPEATED EMAILS ASKING FOR A REFUND, EVEN CHANGE YOUR SHIPPED INFORMATION STATING YOUR PACKAGE IS IN THE US. WEBSITE REPORTED MY PACKAGE IN FLORIDA SINCE 6-4-2020. 6-9-2020, THE PACKAGE IS STILL IN FLORIDA. SO DISAPPOINTING, I SPENT OVER 112$ FOR NOTHING!! ORDER FROM USA!!!!

Waited 4 months for pants. Not only are they too small for me, but my daughter who is 5 sizes smaller than me cant get them on.

Ordered 10 face masks at $9.56 each, and it said they shipped on April 25th, but here it is June 3rd…. Never received them and their website is gone. Their email address refuses all messages sent to them and I am absolutely livid.
I will find a way to throw the book at them and get my money back!!!!

I ordered from them I finally got my which was two pair of pants $119. I opened it the pants were no good the buttonholes were sewn shut couldn't even button them up. I contacted them they try to talk me into just keeping it because it would cost more to send them back. I said no took the paperwork and took it to the post office and mailed it have not received anything in my account yet. Can you please look into this and see if this is a scam. I hear there is not even a store

Iwould rate negativ -1. Ordered in February – recived 2. June. Worse pair of jeans – cargo pants with no pockets – poor fabric NOT like the pic. It is in the garbage already – never used. I wouldn鈥檛 taken them for free if they was offered to me. So pleace – don鈥檛 by anything from this company fannyu

I would give 0 stars if I could. I requested for them to cancel my order for over a month and they kept asking me to reconsider… I said no just refund my money. They refused. And then sent me a letter saying they cant refund my order because it has been shipped… it wasnt shipped when I first requested my refund. Then it still took another 45 days to recive my order. Ot wasnt what I ordered at all. Cheap thin ugly jeans…

I wish I would have did a search on these before. I ordered 2 pairs 1 american flag and 1 rhinestones and all i got was generic jeans. Been fighting trying to get my money back. Paypal says I have to send them back which I am willing to do and whoever this is keeps sending me emails saying you keep pants and we will give you started off at $5 and now up to $10 gift card on next order. Really I will never ever buy from this crappy company again. I could have went to walmart and got a pair of jeans for $10 and bedazzled them myself. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM RIP OFF ARTIST. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Ordered a Long pair – I鈥檓 5鈥?1鈥? After 40 days of hearing nothing I filed a PayPal claim. Suddenly there was tracking info. It arrived 2 days shy of 60 days of the order when it鈥檚 too late for PayPal to do anything. Thin poor quality and says 鈥淟鈥? way too short for this gal. So they鈥檙e in the giveaway pile. Lesson learned. DON鈥橳 ORDER FROM FACEBOOK ADS.

Ordered,jeans like months ago, sent an email without response, until I threatened to report them, said sorry for delay but would arrive in 10 to 30 days arrived 40 days later BUT was wrong item. This is a total rip off company and they need shut down

I ordered 3 n95 masks on February 26th. I received an email on March 2bd stating they were shipped and if the tracking number wasn't posted in 2 weeks let them know. I did.. 3 weeks ago. I've been checking to see if I had received a reply from them, but never did. They blocked my emails, their website said it's closed and they never came through on the order. Shame on them for taking advantage of people especially during these times. Morally wrong and unethical. Karma karma karma

Horrible..I ordered 2 pair, took forever.. When they did arrive was not what I ordered.. Trying to send back, but they say it's what I ordered.. Umm no rhinestones on any of them and that's what I ordered.. Plus they are so big you can get 2 of me in the . Their sure say fast returns, and easy.. If you don't get what is ordered, they should be happy to return, plus the material is so thin..junk…DO NOT ORDER ANY OF THEIR PRODUCT…

I ordered 3 pair of their faded rhinestone Jean's light blue, dark blue and black 3 months ago. Have not received them or heard a word. No tracking number nothing. They are a joke as far as I am concerned. If I don't get them soon or hear something, or get my money returned to my card SOON I will report them. Jerks. And they don't tell you they come from CHINA. Jerks, or I never would have ordered them from that hell hole.

Should even give them one star sent the wrong merchandise cheap and fit weird all they could offer is a 5 credit
