Purchased an item under $10.00. Next thing I know, there have been monthly charges on my account of 28.60. Replied to an e-mail to cancel immediately after purchase; business never responded. Contacted them by phone questioning additional charges. The advised business I had canceled and requested a full refund. Business refused. The business also said if I disputed the charge with my bank, they would challenge it and win. It seems they have a "small" disclaimer they are adding to purchases made. They are only willing to refund 28.60. So, my 10.00 item eventually cost me 124.40. They are also listed as several other companies with the BBB. Never again!

I have a credit card and noticed a transaction on my card last month and this month that I did not have anything to do it I called the number on the screen to find out what the name is and then googled it and found out that not only I am being scammed but others are to. somebody please stop them we are working too hard for our money for some ass to take it

Today I discovered this scam and upon investigating I find this company first started billing me on my credit card on Jan 17, 2017 being billed for 2 charges. The first was $.99 and second was $3.99 by Fan Shop with PN 719 365-6617. This I believe was the way to find out if a person caught this with all the other charges on their card from their Christmas shopping.
The next month charge was billed on Feb 17, 2017, for $28.60 by GREY VENTURES, LLC 8668982582 CO
March 17th was billed for $28.60 by GREY VENTURES, LLC 8668982582 CO
Billed April 17th for $28.60 by FAN HQ BUYERS CLUB COLORADO SPRI CO
Billed May 17th for $28.60 by 866-200-2691 COLORADO SPRI CO (this was strange as there was no company name)
Billed June 17th for $28.60 by 866-200-2691 COLORADO SPRI CO

As you may notice it was always on the 17th of each month they billed my card.
If you check you will see the same phone listed on several of these transactions.
Checking the other phones you find they are all apparently the same company.
I really should have checked all this sooner but I do shop online quite a bit and today was trying to find a purchase that should have been charged to my account but not this amount. Upon finding this same amount repeated time after time I suspected something. Went all the way back to Jan charges and found the first of what appeared to be the lesser of the charges.
I should have caught this earlier since I am in ex-investigator for the state. But things get busy and you do not check your statements like you should. I canceled my credit card for fraud and suggest anyone else who has had this problem to do the same.

I ordered 2 Kentucky Wildcats State Pride decals on 12/2/16 for $7.98 & still haven't received them. No one answers the phone. I've sent numerous email & I just get a generic email answer from Kenzie. Order ID 401 & 402. Then, they have drawn out of my credit card account three times for $28.60 on 01/02/2017, 02/02/2017, & 04/17/2017. I've reported them to Facebook, the BBB, & my bank.

They have drawn out of my account twice for $28.60. They answered my email telling me to call but noone ever answers their phone. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Scam scam scam! ordered watch for $59.99 on 12/22/16 and got bogus tracking number 1/27, today is 2/10 still no watch and they will not ship nor answer calls and/or emails.

On 1/23/17 $28.60 was charged to my checking account. I did not purchase this item and as of 2/10/17 have not received any items. Have in the past purchased small sports memorabilia from this supplier. I have contacted my bank and the local authorities.

Ordered a sticker, (Order ID 15048 Order Date Dec 18, 2016 Grand Total $3.99). Sent numerous emails, initially got "nicely worded" emails, now no emails and still no merchandise. Was told warehouse was backed up, but my order would go out and I would get an email. That never happened.

Got a text saying they attempted to take money which my account was empty. I emailed them to see why they were trying to take money. They emailed it was some service to save money. I told them I did not order this service and do not want this service. I did not hear back from them. Three days later after I got a new debit card they charged me for this service. I do not know how they are able to do this.

I ordered something from this website on November 2nd and it said it will ship in 7 to 10 days it is now six weeks later almost 7 weeks and I still haven't received it and my credit card was billed when order was placed I keep emailing them and contacting them but all I'm getting back is a sorry.

Ordered item, never gave me a confirmation, took my money, and now no response. received no items.
