I ordered and paid for the Table Tennis Trainer in November and despite trying to contact them many times have received no reply.
Nobody should order anything through this company – it鈥檚 appalling and should be shut down. Please someone take action.

TERRIBLE COMPANY – AVOID!!!
Order took weeks to arrive (due to being shipped from China). When it did it was very poor quality and unsafe for children. When requesting a refund, was told to pay for shipping back to China. Also still waiting for the partial refund I was promised.
Will never be ordering from these clowns again…

Tried to cancel my order,only to messed about saying I would have to pay possible shipping charges when I got the item it came from China ,it is definitely a copy . still waiting for a part refund.i definitely will not buy anything else from this company.

Doesn't deserve when the one star. Fantastically BAD. Christmas present never arrived. Money taken from my account exceedingly quickly. No contact number. Wish I'd read reviews before ordering. Guess it's money lost.

Have to agree with most other reviews I have seen on this company, I ordered three of the awesome scare boxes, supposedly hand made by the Amish, in reality cheap poorly made wooded box from China, all three had spiders inside which are supposed to spring out when the lid is slid back, well that just does not happen if fact you have to pull the spider out to see it.
Delivery was terribly slow and communication with them was non existent, you just get an automated reply when writing asking you to pick a category, but then no more communucation.
I will put this company on my do not buy from ever again list.

Unbelievably bad. Didn鈥檛 come in time for Christmas after ordering beginning g December. I complained on Christmas Eve and they offered 30% refund. I said I鈥檇 wait as I wasn鈥檛 prepared to lose 70% so they went ahead and refunded me 拢5. 99鈥檃nyway. What a rip off. Zero stars

Same story as below, order placed 3 weeks ago and confirmation email received but no further contact received. It鈥檚 impossible to make contact and I鈥檝e just been inundated with computer generated emails when I try and chase the order. Don鈥檛 touch with a barge pole. Surely companies like these should be taken down to protect the consumer?

Actually I would give it zero stars but that option was not available,,,, have sent numerous emails asking customer service representative where the order is but all I am getting is a generic email asking what damage the order sustained…. I have not received my order but they have received my cash,,,, I looks like neither will be forthcoming… This site should be taken off and police called in

There are so many problem with your first of all it's double tape glued in my desk bord and who will screw his car desh bord there must be some options to put is without damaging desh bord.
I was on holiday when your product arrive
So please refund my money and guide me how I can send your product back to you

Avoid ordered xmas bags took over 3 weeks to come and the quality is shocking they look all faded have requested a refund 拢28 but have to pay the postage to china god knows how much that will be

RIP OFF COMPANY ORDERED TWO HEATED VESTS (paid in full !!!!!) on 12/11/19 Nothing received except a automated response which never resolves anything , no matter how many times you reply, as stated .

If it was possible to leave zero stars I would. Emails just bounce back with no response from this diabolical company. I ordered a heated jacket 3 weeks ago and still not arrived. Avoid at all cost.

I highly advise you to steer clear of this company. Absolute rip off. Inferior goods. When I complained, they said I could return it, but would have to pay the postage to China!

Appalling service and after sales policies. They just want your money, then dont care.

indoor Table tennis set arrived in crushed and battered box, from China. One table tennis ball dented , one bat with surface marked and with unfinished handle. Only automated response to complaint which said to be patient, my order would arrive soon! Steer clear of this company.

Made the mistake of ordering the Christmas Bags on 13/10/19. Now they have my money, they are not interested! Tracking has not been updated since 1/11 when part of the shipment missed the flight!!! Hopefully Paypal will get my refund. AVOID THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!

Terrible – do not buy from this company.
I saw their table tennis game advertised on FB and thought it would make a good gift so I bought 3! They were delivered after about a month in battered boxes.
My 3 year old broke the table tennis ball within 10mins.
I'm now chasing my refund – they have not responded to my email, only an automated reply.
Luckily I paid through PayPal so I'll go through them

If I could leave no stars I would. Ordered Christmas bags weeks and weeks ago and no items arrived. Automated response from customer service states there is a delay. Avoid at all costs, I will be contacting Paypal to get my money back. I notice this is not an isolated incident.

Just received the table tennis trainer 3.5 weeks after ordering. The box arrived squashed and damaged and the trainer is awful! Cheap and nasty! One ball broke straight away when we tried to attach to the rod and the other keeps coming off and then the rod came out the base when we tried to play. Avoid!

Ordered the Table Tennis trainer as a Christmas present . When it arrived the box was badly damaged I have emailed customer services 3 times to complain about this but just receiving automated response and no response to complaint . Would not use them again
