Bought our fans nearly two and a half years ago. Still going strong and quiet. We had a bulb blow last week and the little collar that holds on the light cluster had split. Called Fantasia and spoke with a very helpful women called Teresa who popped 2 in the post with their compliments and told us where we can buy them In the future from the Fantasia website. Great product, great service, can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent service from these guys. About 7 years ago (2013) we had a conservatory built and the builders were let down by their fan suppliers. I ordered an Alpha fan from Fantasia Ceiling fans at short notice and it arrived the next day allowing the builders to fit it. Spring 2020, and the remote control for the fan failed. I contacted Fantasia Fans and explained the problem to them to see if I could get a replacement remote and they went through various checks (very knowledgable person for a 7 year old fan) and determined the best solution was to send me a new remote and, just to make sure, a new receiver unit for the fan. And at no cost as the fan motor had a 10 year guarantee. The bits arrived three days later (over a weekend and during the corona virus lock down) and, sure enough, all is well. So impressed. Excellent customer service.

I recently installed a Viper ceiling fan in the bedroom which included a light. Sad to say we cannot use it because it has a very annoying hum! I have emailed Fantasia hoping for some advice. Crossing fingers for some help. If they can assist I will immediately change my review. Hope this experience helps anyone who has or had the same problem.

We have three fantasia fans and one developed a fault after continuous use over 15 years. The company explained that it would only require a replacement switch even though I suggested that I should replace the fan given the use and age. They sent a replacement switch free of charge with instructions on how to replace. This was performed and the fan now works perfectly. Cannot recommend this company enough. Their quality and support is second to none.

I needed a ceiling fan for my new conservatory & wanted quiet, powerful & non wobble. The very experienced Kath talked me through the range & I opted for the Omega with DC motor (15yr warranty) that does everything the Viper does but is more economical re power (plus has 3 lower speeds for the recirculation of warm air in winter) & Sorrento light kit LED lights. I spoke with her on many occasion before settling on the setup & each time was a pleasure to do business.

Had been looking for a quiet ceiling fan for my sons bedroom to replace the rather noisy DIY store product he had. Decided on a product from a Company called Fantasia Ceiling Fans. It wasn't a cheap product but had a remote controller. My son loves that. The fan is an Elite Viper Plus.
It has a 15 year guarantee. Installation was no more difficult than fitting any ceiling fan, accomplished with much grunting and puffing.
The fan is super quiet in operation except at high speed, but high speed is only required on really hot days. The integral light can be switched on and off and dimmed via the remote. The fan three speeds can are controlled via the remote. All this control is only by the remote I should add.
Thereby lies the rub, one day approx. 3 months after installation my son could only get Fan Off or High Speed and Light controls via the remote. A quick call to Fantasia and next day I had received the replacement parts to correct the fault. Cannot recommend highly enough the service we have received from this company. And we still like the fan.
