Fantastapack

I received a product sample which I paid $224 CAD.
The box was bent and many cracks in it when I received it. I wanted to take some photos but the box is basically useless. Should have known

Product quality is good. Production and delivery speeds are very unreliable, nothing is guaranteed despite lots of marketing language around their 10 day production times (and even when you pay for rush service). Customer support is difficult to communicate with and not collaborative in resolving issues. If you don't care when your boxes will arrive, you'll probably be pleased.

As someone with limited art creation experience, I am thrilled we chose Fantastapack. John was so patient with me as we went through our company's design and helped me understand the full process to receive clear and beautiful images on our new client boxes.

We did a lot of research on other company boxes and Fantastapack not only had some of the best pricing, but they had the nicest completed box forms.

Super happy that we chose them! Looking forward to receiving the finalized boxes 🙂
