Unfortunately my product came with a small defect and the Warehouse decided to refund my money back, during all this process I have received a Professional Customer Service always answering immediately to every email following back, creating confidence by dealing with responsable and professionals. This leave our door opened for sure for future business with them.

Absolute waste of my time. Was price gouging an item I had to have on Walmart.com; bought it anyway, and eventually had to go to Walmart for protection because they wouldn't respond to anyone's emails, calls, and wouldn't ship the item. Just a waste.

I don't usually write reviews but this got me pretty heated. Never heard of this place before and the reviews online were pretty sporadic at best so I decided to contact them through Facebook to get more of a clear picture. The initial conversation went pretty well as I got a surprisingly speedy reply from who I assume was the manager who gave me some more information about them and my product. Even after I wasn't fully convinced there wouldn't be problems with my order so I purchased the item through google shopping instead of their website(where I first saw it) in order to have an extra layer of protection on my purchase in case anything went wrong.
Well not even a minute later I get a message back saying that they(MGR) are going to cancel my order. Ok now things seem weird… after I repeatedly told them I wanted my order to go through google and my reasons they cancelled it anyway and said I could buy through their store instead for the same price. Why even have your items listed in google if your just going cancel them outright?
Turns out that"same price" was a blatant lie. Minutes later, when I went back to their store page they had increased the price by $100!! Asked them why the price had suddenly spiked and they didn't give me an answer even though I could look at my google receipt and CLEARLY see the price difference. Conversation ended with them saying that if I didn't trust them I could take my business elsewhere… which was a no brainier. Just dont waste your time with these people as they are as dishonest as they are shady.

It has taken me a few days of calming down to write this review after which I'm choosing three stars, though this experience was far from "average."
After receiving my email order confirmation and noticing how vague the product description was, I should have listened to my gut and canceled my order. Instead, I held out and when it arrived five days later (WOW, that was fast!), it was incorrect. I had ordered a queen-sized item and received a twin. When trying to explain to customer service that the item was wrong, I noticed that there was no longer a drop-down option for queen on the website. I was told there never was such an option, that the mistake was mine, and that return shipping costs would be $150.

In the end, after a week of standing my ground (and finally filing with BBB), I was given a full refund, told they'd "found the issue. It鈥檚 our website feed issue," given an apology, and asked if I wanted to keep the incorrect item. The stress this whole fiasco caused me was not really worth the end result of having the wrong item and having to figure out what to do with said item.

I do want to thank the representative I worked with for helping me and being on my side. Without him, I could have been ignored and shut out, but he kept communication open and was always kind. I'm now CERTAINLY more appreciative other online return policies and have learned a good lesson.

Horrible. I have not received my stuff. I tried to email and it's not working. I found a number and called 4 times leaving messages and nothing.
Someone needs to contact me or cancel my order ASAP before I report this as fraud.
I know I ordered the cage shade, I already bought a cage. It is March and I still have not received the items. My neighbor even said he hasn't seen anyone drop stuff off but the mail man and Amazon.

No where did it say there was a one time fee of $59. Be very careful if you think you are only paying shipping, this is not the case.

I ordered a bed, because you messed up on the sku on it I did not get what I ordered. After I ordered it you messaged me and put the price up by $200. I will never try and order from you again.

If you are dissatisfied with this company you need to file a complaint through the Better Business Bureau. This company has only been in business since 11/22/2019 so they can do a lot of ripping off before they get a bad rating unless people that are not satisfied file complaints

Love the look, but antlers did not fit correctly in the slots. I had to glue them in to stay. Also a better description would have been nice.Material seems to be plaster ? Nor, does it say for indoor use or outdoor use on it.

I made a purchase for my son's birthday and it said it was coming just to then send a message saying the seller canceled because they do bit ship to my area. I did not have a present for my son in his birthday. I was willing to pay more for shipping and everything. It was just put of the blue. I believe it should have never let me even order it in the first place.
I am having it shipped to California?? I couldn't figure out how to reply so I'm responding to your comment my shipping info is there. My new address is in sacramento, California

*since it wont let me comment back I thought I'd like to add that NO ONE should order off this site, texted them about my issue and they avoided my questions…MULTIPLE questions about the return policy and danced around it completely then TOLD ME TO OPEN THE PACKAGE AND ONLY THEN DID THEY FINALLY MENTION THAT THEY DONT EXCEPT OPEN ITEMS. Theres a reason this page only has a couple thousand likes on it people because they'll rip you off. It's also honestly the furthest thing from a "fantastic" deal." made a nearly $200 purchase with you thinking I was getting the entire vanity for that amount as everywhere else I've looked that's about how much they were, some places were less. However when it came today it was just the mirror and a cheap made one at that. I would not give you $50 for this mirror let alone nearly $200, obviously I was misled into believing that I was getting a good deal. I am requesting an immediate refund and the process by which to return this over priced piece of junk. I've tried and tried to get in contact with you and if no one has still not contacted me by monday I will be in contact with the better business beuro because this is just ridiculous.
