I purchased an airtrack that deflates within a few hours, these tracks are supposed to stay up,
I have emailed the company 7 times now and they ignore all the emails, I have had to go through my card issuer to get this resolved.
Bad customer service

How sad is it that I need to use review to get company鈥檚 attention (and this might not even help). Their email is inefficient and there is no phone number and a real person to talk to. I have ordered airtrack which sadly appeared to be out of stock. That is fine. However 2 weeks down the line I have not received refund which is worrying. It is a lot of money and I cannot and buy the item from another company.
I wish I could write more positive reviews.

Ordered an air track for Christmas – very quick arrival and very good quality – so much cheaper than other companies out there, even includes free electric pump – nothing was too much trouble – I had all my questions answered promptly (I did read a review talking about import duty but this is no longer an issue because they are all UK stock now, so no worries there) Do not hesitate – this was a really nice company to deal with and I have nothing but praise for the air track – the kids absolutely love it!

What a great company – they were so helpful with my air track because I wasn't sure how to blow it up. Even did a skype call with me to explain – I have no technical skills at all but they really went out of their way to sort it all out. Even sent me a free electric pump to make it easier to blow up! Cannot recommend highly enough.

I bought an Air Track for my son for Xmas, which was advertised with FREE SHIPPING, only to receive an import bill!? I exchanged a few emails with them, as the product wasn't certain to arrive before Xmas, but they never mentioned the import duty. They have it as a warning somewhere way down the page, that no one ever reads. When I contacted them about the import duty, they didn't wanna know. Avoid them at all cost.

Please Beware of this site they offer free delivery in big writing but actually,you may be accountable for a import fee from the shipping company!!! Months later I was hit with a 拢40 invoice from TNT…. Fantastic Gymnastic we鈥檙e not helpful or interested when I contacted them!!! Luckily the parcel company were more appreciative of the situation and worked something out so I just had to pay 拢15 in the end..I would recommend using a more familiar site where you won鈥檛 get stung with extra charges!!, This is not a company that I would recommend!!
