Product arrived damaged & I am blamed for making a 'damage delivery' claim with Aust Post (despite postage insurance..?) Owner Leigh Edwards is rude, arrogant & will NOT let you finish your sentence. They do not provide solutions or even practical advice, preferring to blame customer & threaten your credit rating. Don't get sucked in. "Free water cooler" claim is appalling. $500 for filters…? Total rip off. Don't do it people!!! DO NOT BUY!!
