The item I ordered, a statue, was absolutely beautiful. The quality and craftmanship was excellent. The product was shipped in the time the company had said it would take for them to make it. The delivery was the problem.
I gave a 4 stars because I found that the tracking on shipping was a huge problem. This was an international delivery and the tracking was practically non existent. I could not tell when my item left the originating country and when it entered mine let alone when the delivery would occur. And I had no way of contacting the delivering company since their system needed my telephone number but did not accept it when I supplied it. An international call was out of the question. This was a blind delivery for me for an expensive item. I live in an apartment building of 325 apartments. Not knowing when a package is going to be delivered is a problem.
