They took my money, but the order never shipped. I submitted multiple support tickets that were never responded to. I'll be opening a payment dispute with my bank to get the money back.

An ABSOLUTELY appalling experience with these robbers. They have literally taken money from the account and it has been 2 months with no notice WHATSOEVER from them.. I ordered my bag in March, and here we are in May with no notice from them at all about my purchase despite my numerous attempts to contact them. They have literally taken the money and run. Never ever go near this company!!! Be warned!!

It's a scam . I was solen 70$ . I payed for a backpack I never received and they don't answer emails . I tried the two different ways . Avoid it . I wish I knew before

As stated in other reviews, a total skam site, wishing I had looked into it… Overpriced, low quality products, not at all what described on the site, strap ripped off right away… Unfortunately total waste of money, don't buy!

If only I had checked here before buying: it took 5 weeks to deliver a zero quality bag that doesn't resemble the product online and they don鈥檛 reply to email or online complaints. Bag falls apart. Site is completely fake… 55鈧?gone…

Bought one bag…. took 2 months to come. Charged me for 2 bags. Sent me a third bag and we returned it upon arrival – didn't even touch the package – gave it right back to the mailman. Charged me for it anyway. Cannot get a hold of anyone. Cannot locate a phone number. They do not respond to emails. I'm out of 100.00

Ordered and paid 10 days ago, backpack not delivered, they do not answer emails.
Is there a way to complain somewhere and report them as scammers?

Ordered a bag whose handle ripped off immediately despite having no weight in it. Sent it back (paid the shipping myself) and I have GOT NOTHING FROM THEM. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID. A waste of 50 euros…

Same here. They told me to return and I have tried to contact them 15 times and no answer. They took down their twitter as well. Now they have my money and bag.

Ordered backpack for my son two months ago in Netherlands

Product was never shipped:
Phony tracking number.
Emailed twice and (no surprise) never any reply after 2 months

Lucky enough i payed with Dutch Credit card so i do get refund from the ING bank.

I had the same experience as many others. This is a horrible company that sells horrible products. Stay away. They will send you a defective product and will ignore you when you try to contact them.

this backpack lasted for 2 weeks for a 16 year old. I sent the following message to the company on 9/6/17:
the backpack lasted 2 weeks. that's it. for a 16 year old so it is not like it is a small child throwing it around. it goes from her car into school back to her car then into home. very very disappointed with the entire thing. took very long to get here here. then confusin shipment information. then after spending almot $70 it last 2 weeks. she has had $20 store bought packpacks that lasted all school year. extremely disappointed on top of having to rush out to purchase a new backpack.
and as of today 10/10/17 the only response received was sent on 9/7/17:

Everybody here seems to be dissapointed about far's service. I ordered a backpack august 31 and i recived it september 26. The tracking number they gave me didn't work at first but after a few days it started showing me where my package were. Overall I am quite satisfied since I actually recieved my backpack, and the quality of the backpack is solid, nothing to complain about there. BUT it seems like other people have been having trouble. Maybe I was just lucky that I got it or the other people that orderd from this site is impatient. Like I said, it took a while before the tracking started working. But the shipping was quite fast once they shipped it.

Ordered a backpack for my son for college. They provided me with a invalid tracking number. I emailed them several times for an order update since there is no phone number listed anywhere. Never heard from them. I paid via PayPal so I have been trying to get my money back from them. There payment center is giving me the run a round. They asked me for the order number and tracking information. Told me that it is on its way. Which was bull. The order number still says no update available. Now they won't respond to any messages through PayPal. My next step if PayPal can't resolve it is to file fraud charges with the police.

As of now I ordered one backpack on September 1st and I'm still waiting for a reply from them or any status to change. They said they would get back in 2 days. They obviously don't care about their customers. I bet all the reviews are fake too.

Sent me FAKE Chinese tracking number. Sites say invalid, nothing shipped yet. Their site says USPS tried to deliver, which is false. I was home and they didn't even give me mail. Plus it says contact postal service? I've gotten hundreds of packages from international and domestic shipping and NOT ONE has ever said this. They always attempt the next day and leave a note.

LIES! Site also says refund not available on sale items, well every bag they sell is always on sale!! Also they have a fake account spam bot on Twitter that's repeatedly posting this scam posing as a person who just bought an incredible deal, but when you look, it's just a bot that's posted the same ad 30 times a day for the last two months.

BULL!

Watch your back, change your credit card and other info, they may be using it to Phish.

DO NOT BUY FROM FARSF THEYRE A SCAM. FARSF IS FALSE ADVERTISING!! NOT a real American company!!

Now I have to file a claim with PayPal to force them to give me a refund anyway, as well as another complaint against them. Thanks illegitimate business.

You dishonor your family and all of China, FARSF. I have done many successful purchases from reputable Chinese companies so this is NOT acceptable! You can do much BETTER. Stop hiding and be legitimate, save face. Very disappointed.

Ordered item and within a month the backpack was starting to come apart at the seams. Contacting online support was joke. Don't waste your time or money on these FarSF products. Scam company that doesn't stand behind its product.

Pretending to be American company, but ships from China. Ordered a backpack with usb charger, however, got a piece of crap bag with no charger. I tried contacting them on numerous occasions to initiate a refund with no response. Filed a dispute through my bank to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SCAMMERS!!!

Ordered "Authority Pack with USB Charger" (and paid around $55) on the 10th. of august, but now (the 6th. of september) I still haven't received anything.

I've tried to contact them three times through two different e-mails, but gotten no response and the tracking number they have provided doesn't work…

I even tried contacting my countries (Denmark) customs office, but they don't have the product either.

Looks like the company is a scam, so I would definitely not recommend purchasing ANYTHING from them! 🙁

I ordered the theft proof bag with USB charger from this website to the UK. The tracking number provided was Chinese Mail and was also not real, plus the item took just over three weeks to arrive.

When it arrived, they had sent a completely different bag to what I had ordered with even a different CHINESE brand. A COMPLETELY random brand name. The build quality was quite poor and the bag was very flat.

I then decided to look for the process for a refund. The website has a return page with lots of text, however it does not actually list a proper way to initiate a refund. I decided to email them and it has been a week and I have not received any response. Luckily i had paid through PayPal so I am able to seek a refund through that route as well. Looking back, I realise that I should have looked more into the company before spending 拢60+ on a random site. DO NOT BUY FROM Farsf.com.
