Literally the WORST experience I鈥檝e ever had with an online order. I ordered a Van Gogh Paint-By-Number on May 5, 2020. It said the expected delivery would be 3-5 weeks; I thought that was reasonable. The 3-5 week time period came and went. Two whole months went by and I heard absolutely nothing from them. It had been so long, I didn鈥檛 even live at the address anymore. I contacted them and they responded unapologetically with a link to track it. Kept checking the link and for two weeks; it hadn鈥檛 even been SHIPPED. Asked for a refund and got it, which was the only good part. Seriously, DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

I ordered April 3rd for 2 items, the Van Go painting sets. At the time, they announced on their website a 3-5 week turnaround time due to ongoing COVID situation, which I fully accepted. However, it was been well over the timeframe, multiple emails purely advising they can't advise when I could expect delivery. I have ordered since then on other websites orginating from China and have since had those items.

Wish I'd have reviewed them first before ordering. Avoid ordering unless you want problems and headaches.

they stock van-go paint by numbers which are a scam. Ordered off the site months ago, have had the money taken out of my account, item not received or even shipped, and the website was then site for months so I couldn鈥檛 get in contact with anyone, and emails I tried to send to them just bounced back. Don鈥檛 order any van-go paintings!!!

Ordered back in 2016 got my item it was great. A few weeks ago decided to order 2 paint by numbers my card has been charged but there is no sign of shipment or even a confirmation email. I have emailed support with zero response. I am incredibly upset. Maybe I鈥檓 over due for a little lawsuit

I ordered the paint by number Van Gogh Rh么ne River way back. Overtime working on it, the paints dried up (not fault of the company). I emailed through the website asking if I could buy JUST the paints of the kit as that鈥檚 all I needed. I never received a response so I reordered the kit. I get it in 3 weeks today and the colors don鈥檛 even match! Multiple of the colors numbered from my first kit are completely different from my newly arrived kit so now I can鈥檛 finish the canvas I鈥檓 halfway done with. I messaged them on FB and got the automatic response to email them from their 鈥淐ontact Us鈥?page on their website but I tried that before with no response, why would I again? Very frustrated as this is suppose to be a gift to a loved one and I love painting. No way will I ordered the kit AGAIN just to hope I get the correct paints. Ridiculous that the paints are not consistent.

Really enjoyed the product!

It did take a long time to deliver, but understandably I live in the UK and the delivery times from US to UK does take longer. If they can find a quicker way to get this delivered, I will change my review to a 5 Star. But nonetheless, I really enjoyed the product. Not understanding the anger about how some customers are saying there wasn't enough paint supplied, or angry that the canvas was folded. Yes mine was folded, but the type of canvas will uncrease if you place it between two heavish books for a day, easy. There is more than enough paint and even though I have been doing it in small sections over a month, I have thoroughly enjoyed painting this. It has really helped creating a calming activity for myself.

The shop was also very kind as to give me a 30% discount on my second order! I Will be buying again!

All the items shown here are available on aliexpress 80% less cost… They are simply taking money from us and purchase it on aliexpress and deliver to us… This is why shipping time is shown as 3 to 5 weeks in their website.

I was excited to order this picture when I saw this. Nov 19th 2018 I purchased starry night..today is March 10th 2019..still no picture. I tried making contact with service department and they gave me a tracking number..picture is in China somewhere..maybe..?? I started emailing again beginning in late February, with no luck at all. No return emails. Nothing..so I will keep trying to make contact.. and I doubt I will see any $$ returned..

This is not an exaggeration when I tell you this is a scam/fraud based company. They take your money and do not deliver the product…at all. They will say it shipped to the wrong address and blame you for it. They told me I gave them the wrong billing address and that was the problem. Well problem with that is if that happened my card would have declined the purchase. This is practiced fraud folks. Stay away. They take your money and do not deliver the item you purchased. Liars, thieves and scammers.

I really want a refund and am just not getting an email back! I saw an ad and thought this was really cool but now that I have seen the reviews I am not willing to take this risk. This company is not American, Its a chinese company. Me and my friend ordered these together and hers came all folded and just in horrible condition! Please refund me back and answer my email!

I have received my two "paintings" today and could not be more disappointed.

The canvas has been folded so it now has deep lines across it. The paint supplied is tiny and highly unlikely to complete the picture and the actual picture supplied looks nothing like the website picture.

Joke of a company and joke of a product..avoid at all costs, and report any adverts to facebook or instagram

I ordered a Van-Go picture and was okay with the 3-5 weeks delivery time, but after 5 weeks when I still hadn't received it, I asked about it just to be told that there was a system error and my package wasn't shipped. Well hallelujah they sent it again (I don't know if they really did) here is an excerpt of the email:
' Hi Markus,

We're terribly sorry for any inconvenience caused!

Upon checking, your order was part of a system error and was
not shipped.

We would be glad to resend you your item. '

They may say they are based in Harrisburg PA but that would probably be only the office. They play on your heart strings by saying they are a small company and the paint by numbers "are custom designed for creative artists who want to test their skills!" "Ridiculously high demand – expect 3 weeks for it to arrive (to be safe). " The last statement should have clued me in. "Free Worldwide Shipping & 100% Money-Back Guarantee" But if you want to send it back they will send you a prepaid mailer and be happy to reduce the price of the mailer from what you paid so you are paying to return it. Did I mention that the canvas is shipped from China. I thought it was a small American company but no they just order crap from around the world and then ship it to you. Also on the return policy if you don't get it within 30 days of ordering you don't get a refund or return. Note the 3 week shipping hmm really so if you are lucky you have 9 days to get this back to them minus shipping costs. I am very disappointed and would return it but the shipping cost back would not make it worth my time. Chalk it up to a lesson well learned. The only reason they get a 2 is because unlike others I actually got my product. Really don't think there will be enough paint to finish it but hey I got the product.

The following is what I attempted to post as a review on the Faraday Science Shop website.

I ordered the Storm Crystal in hopes to give to my husband as a late birthday surprise. I was aware of the time it may take to receive as they tell you after ordering, 3-5 weeks. What I didn鈥檛 know was it takes 5 weeks for your order to go through and then supposedly 5 weeks to receive after shipping. I e-mailed customer service March 20th. Giselle from Faraday responded my item was shipped January 11th, and to please wait 5 weeks. I don鈥檛 think she checked or knows the calendar year but I should have received the package around Feb 15th. March comes after February. It鈥檚 now May. Look elsewhere for gifts. Don鈥檛 鈥榞ive鈥?them your money. I鈥檝e requested a refund today. I have read that it鈥檚 near impossible to get your money back. Please believe the bad reviews. It will save you your time, patience and money. I gave it a shot. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Shame on me. You are better off ordering through Amazon, e-bay or even Etsy. Drop shipment is very sketchy. This company is bonkers! I cannot believe it is still up and running based on all the horrible reviews. You see a good review pop up every 30-40 bad reviews. Run! Look somewhere else! They are the absolute worst I have ever come across!

I hope this helps others. I know they won鈥檛 post my review on their website. I鈥檇 be very weary that the good reviews are legitimately people who purchased through them. I鈥檇 bet half, if not all of them are fake.

5 months on and still did not receive anything. Order was placed and apparently shipped in December 2017 (estimated delivery time 4-6 weeks). I requested for a cancellation and a refund last month but was told that it could not be done since items are in transit. FRAUDULENT online store.

After seeing an advert on Facebook for some interesting items, I ordered an oil, paint by numbers french street scene. Needless to say it never arrived, with shocking level of service trying to get a replacement or my money back. So farm with no luck!

I ordered a VanGo kit on the 15th of Dec and just received it…so yap…the delivery took around 10 weeks, not 3-5 weeks as initially mentioned. This was not delivered to my house as it was said, I had to track where the package was & go pick it up. Maybe this only happens to Romanian deliveries? I don't know…

In terms of customer service, they always replied fast but were not helpful. They only thing they were doing was giving me the tracking number of the package. They didn't try calling the carrier or something to find out what happened with my delivery. I had to take care of this on my own.

The package was not big at all. Just received a tiny bag with the colours & canvas. No box, no protection for the canvas or colours. So I guess I was lucky they didn't get deteriorated on their way here.

Regarding the product itself can't really comment right now as I haven't actually tried painting on the canvas or using the given colours. What I can say is that the reference image to where you're painting needs to get as a finished product is really small & not really helpful taking into account that all the spots you have to colour in on the canvas are tiny…

I'm happy I received my order in the end but this was way too much stress & trouble! For almost 3 months I was stressed out that I was being ripped off & wouldn't receive anything in the end…
It's not worth the trouble to be honest.

"Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can鈥檛 offer you a refund or exchange."

–BUT–

"Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive."

See what they did there? Duh. My bad for being an idiot and failing to spot the downright obvious gotcha.

WHEN your item takes over 5 weeks to arrive (and it almost definitely will) then it will be utter junk-worth a fraction of the price-and if it is damaged you almost definitely can't claim a refund under their returns policy because it took so long to arrive.

In my case several remote-controlled balloon fish (which were tatty junk anyway) arrived squashed and bashed up so badly that the fish were wonky and the boxes were totally unpresentable as presents.

I put it down to experience, cursed my idiocy and got on with my life.

If I could give this company a NO stars rating I would. I ordered a lamp from them on 29 November, and as of today, 26 February it has never arrived. I have been in touch with them many times since November and get the standard cut and paste response:

I understand your concern but upon checking, your item has already been shipped and I can no longer cancel your order.
Again, your tracking ID is still showing in transit. It is being managed
by Royal Mail right now.
Apologies for the inconvenience.

My advice, NEVER use them. They are taking people's money and not delivering the goods.
