The package arrived with all items i side and the staff even sent me an email to let me know that the corner of a book was pushed in and if I want another one or to keept this one. Great service 🙂

As per usual my experience with them was good perfectly packaged goods no damage and the delivery time is quite good too I guess the only real complaint I have is I wish they had a few more books of Warhammer fantasy like skaven Wars or books about the empire if they had those I would most likely already have had them in my cart and on the way馃槀 so all in all perfectly good service and short delivery time , and I recommend others to use it

Very good quality of the dolls . I ordered something online for black Friday and it took a little longer but came properly packed and the Chucky doll looks like in the picture . So definitely I highly recommend to everybody to buy here .

First time around, pages wouldn't load. I went back later and the pages were working again. However, after my order, the order and membership information didn't update properly. I contacted support and they solved the issues for me.

The product has arrived in perfect condition and much faster than expected. The purchase and navigation of the Faraos Cigarer website is intuitive and easy to use. The only handicap is that I couldn't find a way to change the language to English or Spanish, it was only in Danish, so I had to use Google Translate to understand it. Very happy with the purchase anyway. I will for sure buy from you again.

While I was browsing a book, a female clerk approached and literally took the book away from me, stating that I was damaging the spine of the book because I opened it. For the record I never bent the book, just had it opened. Stay away from bookshops or hobby shops where you can't open a book. This happened in the books section on the lower floor of the store.
