This company and website is a rip off. I purchased a jade bracelet but when it arrived, it was the wrong color bracelet. When I finally got return instructions after numerous emails, I returned the bracelet to the name and address they gave me. That was several months ago and I haven't received either a refund or a replacement bracelet.

Just like the other people have posted, they do not give you your money back!!!! How can they claim this on their website and not follow through with their advertised policy?

This website's return policy is FALSE. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS SITE!!!

They claim that "Your satisfaction is always guaranteed, items replaced or money back." and you will receive a refund after returning merchadise. Ya right. They first send you the wrong stuff. Then after you return it, you don't get your refund back!!! They do not return your calls, e-mails, nor give you back your money. Unfortunately I fell for this scam and was left high and dry with no money or merchandise.

Be careful and shop somewhere else cause there are other more reliable places. I am telling as many people as I can so they also don't get scammed.

COMPANY SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM, FAILED TO REFUND THE AMOUNT OF THE ITEM, IGNORES EMAILS AND CALLS – My husband purchased me a jade bangle from www.fareastjade.com in October of 2008. The bangle did not look anything like the bangle on the website. We sent the bangle back and asked for the correct bangle to sent to us. We had to pay for the shipping when it was not our mistake $19.35. They sent us the correct bangle in November. It was too large for my wrist and I emailed Anna from fareastjade.com and she said to send it back and she would refund the cost of the bangle $105 US as well as the cost of shipping $19.35 CDN. The bangle was received on Decembert 19th, 2009. To this date, no refund was ever given. She has refused to answer any of my emails and has not returned any of my phone calls. This company has stolen my money. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!!
