The customer service agent "George" was amazing. I accidentally booked my Flight with the wrong dates, however the agent was able to change it the actual date, and it was a nonrefundable booking.

I'd definitely recommend Fare Nudge Travels.

I had tried to book twice on this site due to their attractive and competitive prices. This was my first doing business with this company and what can I say, but to stay away from this site/company. I had completed my booking/transaction and thought that my flight was confirmed and so I proceeded to book other connecting flights at my destination as well as transportation services. Lo and behold I received an email 2hours later that my booking has expired. I called them to have it addressed but they said that the prices went up and their website is having issues updating the pricing. They told me to check back 24hrs and the prices should be updated. At this point I gave it a chance and had called the companies I coordinated my flights and transportation. I was fined for the rebooking but it is what it is. So 24 hours came about and I had tried rebooking again with a different airline through their site. So I received a confirmation and looked like all was good after more than two hours I went ahead and rebooked my flights and transportation. After 6+ hrs of getting a confirmation I got another email they the trip was expired. I had called them to address the issue and they informed me that they are still having issue with their site. Long story short if you know that your site is having issue then you should take it down for maintenance vs. having potential customers select a flight and few hours later send them an email that the flight is not booked/confirmed. My CC was not charged but I will be keeping an eye. To sum up this long review very bad business to deal with, they promised to provide a fare that matches my original but never delivered.

George was very helpful, he booked a flight for my mom to travel to London he gave me best price once she reached there she asked me to book hotel room so i called George again and he booked last minute hotel room and got the great deals.
