Fareobuddy

Its a scam! I had to reschedule my flight so I googled my airline and fou their number as if being the airline itself. They took my flight info and said the reschedule would cost over 500 dollars even though my ticket was a flexible one! I hung up when they asked for my credit card information and then called the actual airline where I got a free reschedule.

Do not trust this company this company! They take advantage of people of who are in bad situations. They are not transparent with their business practices. I was told I was being charged for seats in two separate bundles, and I never would have noticed if I hadn鈥檛 had to buy a carry on for my airline at a later time. What I was actually charged was for my tickets and a service fee of over $1000. All they do is take your information and book for you, they even put their own email to receive confirmation from the original airline so I would not see the price. They are scammers and no doubt the reviews left here are mostly from their own employees. DO NOT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

I thought I was booking a flight with Delta, which I did. I googled Delta and made a call, book a flight. I hear the flights were 92.00 or something. The person said it was going to cost me $163.20. So that's what I paid. So because of medical reasons and due to the pandemic the trip was cancel. That's how I found out the true price of the fare. I contacted [email聽protected] fareobuddy.com and she promised she would refund me my 63.20. In two billing cycle. I haven't received it yet. I'm tired of being taken advantage.

Marshall did an excellent job of of giving me a good rate as a local to see my father on another island who has cancer
