Farison Lawn Care

They don't care wether or not their service actually treats your yard. So many weeds still and their customer service was beyond rude.

Subscription is automatically renewed and I did not see. However that's fine, but the biggest thing is not one person apologized to me for the service that I received that didn't work. They were just ill-mannered and inconsiderate.

I have never been so disappointed in a company. I gave them a chance to fertilize my lawn and keep the weeds down. I had used a larger company but wanted to help smaller own companies. I saw their truck in my subdivision and called them. My yard has never been damaged so bad. They tell you they will come back and retreat if you see something that concerns you. They lied! I called them back after a few of their jobs and they gave me reasons why I was seeing things and I asked them to keep their word and they told me it was nothing wrong. I'm looking at mushrooms and other things in my yard . In 15 years I never had that problem and all of a sudden I do. This is a small establishment with an even smaller mentality on customer service!

We've used Farison now for over a year and have been pleased with the outcome! We have a new build and had new sod. They've kept us weed free and our yard is plush and green! We will continue to use for years to come

After a disappointing year (again) with my yard and former lawn service provider, I called Farison. I noticed their signs in the yards of neighbors and each of their lawns is nice.

We have SO many trees and shade. I'm beginning to look like "that neighbor". Plus we have dogs and when no grass grows, the rain makes mud and all of it gets tracked into my house. I despise mud and weeds.

I've only had 2 treatments with Farison and it's late in the game to know how my yard may improve this spring, but I'm hopeful because of the customer experience thus far.

After going online to view their website, I submitted a request for a quote. I got a quick phone call back. The owner knew my area and based on square footage, gave me a quote. Even better, the treatment happened within the week. Along with a sign stuck in the grass, my invoice was on the front door with an explanation of the services and lawn care tips for the season.

Unlike my former service, you can pay by the treatment. This is so much nicer than upfront payment for the year, and the price is similar. Coughing up a few hundred during Christmas is not ideal.

Because I'm worried about my yard and want to understand better how to take care of and improve what I have, I've dialed Farison a couple of times with questions. They were quick to answer and when the warm weather returns, I am going to be calling on them again for advice.

In addition to annual lawn treatments, this company provides seeding and other services.

Great Lawn Care service. They aren't pushy or try to upsell. My yard went from brown and full off weeds to lush and green after using them.

We just recently started using Farison, after asking for recommendations on Facebook. LOVE their work! Scott is SO prompt to return phone calls, texts, and emails. Service is completed, on time and as scheduled. Prices are reasonable and work is great. Highly recommend!
