Subscription is automatically renewed and I did not see. However that's fine, but the biggest thing is not one person apologized to me for the service that I received that didn't work. They were just ill-mannered and inconsiderate.

We have SO many trees and shade. I'm beginning to look like "that neighbor". Plus we have dogs and when no grass grows, the rain makes mud and all of it gets tracked into my house. I despise mud and weeds.
I've only had 2 treatments with Farison and it's late in the game to know how my yard may improve this spring, but I'm hopeful because of the customer experience thus far.
After going online to view their website, I submitted a request for a quote. I got a quick phone call back. The owner knew my area and based on square footage, gave me a quote. Even better, the treatment happened within the week. Along with a sign stuck in the grass, my invoice was on the front door with an explanation of the services and lawn care tips for the season.
Unlike my former service, you can pay by the treatment. This is so much nicer than upfront payment for the year, and the price is similar. Coughing up a few hundred during Christmas is not ideal.
Because I'm worried about my yard and want to understand better how to take care of and improve what I have, I've dialed Farison a couple of times with questions. They were quick to answer and when the warm weather returns, I am going to be calling on them again for advice.
In addition to annual lawn treatments, this company provides seeding and other services.
