used a different email address and got the refund in less than an hour

I fully understand that this is a difficult time and that things might take a little bit longer.. but some reply to my emails would be great. Order placed April 21st.. when I placed the order all items were available. 20 days later no delivery confirmation.
No feedback to my emails either..

I will now try to cancel my order (unfortunately)

Farmacia Loretto, further to my review just below, 20 days have passed and I still have not received the refund of the 2 items which purchased (money deducted from my account) and were apparently out of stock.
The order ID is 1204859 and I have raised tickets on the contact us #Ticket TICK-71559# nuovo
Can you please give me an update on the refund process? It is way beyond the 5-7 business days.

I placed my order for a total of almost 拢50. They took the money but I鈥檝e never received any confirmation email with the order number, so basically no receipt. Product never arrived.
I tried to contact them with the email address on the website but no one ever replied to my email.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

BEWARE. I placed an order on 2/3/20 via their UK website (loretogallo.com / uk) and paid by bank transfer. I have a confirmation email for the order stating they will email me with a tracking number once shipping occurs. I have emailed them using [email protected] etc and [email protected] etc and had rejections to both. I have left 2 messages on their website via their contact form and had no replies. I have even phoned them 9/3/20 and they claim they no nothing about the order number.
That is now money I can't get back.

You say you sent me an email on 25th February to let me know my item has been sent. This is an outright lie. I have received no communication from you whatsoever. You have also ignored all my messages so you are therefore not cordially available. I am now going to contact PayPal since you are lying to me. Where are my tracking details?

My order was send as I wanted, small minus is because of one day delay. Everything else was fine.

Farmacia Loreto Gallo S.R.L. – Order Update 1087939
After placing an order 12/01/20 with Farmacia Loreto Gallo S.R.L I received an electronic generated email to confirm order.
Being frustrated having not receive further communication , I emailed this company on several occasions and eventually received a UPS tracking number stating it was shipped the same day 12/01/20.
For the last two weeks I have been checking tracking number, although a tracking number has been created by UPS, Farmacia Loreto Gallo has still not shipped my order.
Today 27/01/20 UPS have confirmed they have not collected this parcel.
I am now starting to regret ordering direct from this company and will be contacting PayPal for assistance.

They have gone back on their promise to refund. They are now offering a credit. They sent the wrong product, so none of this is my fault. I paid 拢12 postage, they overcharged me on the price advertised as well. Such a bad company to deal with, guess they must be in trouble if they are going back in their promise to refund. Avoid them!!

DO NOT purchase from these people. Product never arrived. They ignored emails and only because I went through Paypay did I get my money back after raising a claim. Avoid them.

Still pending a refund a year later. Have managed to speak to someone on their facebook page occasionally, who promises to look into this with no yield still. Still out of pocket. Still mad. And would 100% urge anyone considering buying from this company to avoid. The worst customer service and operation I have come across, and not worth taking your chances. You'll end up like me, out of pocket and being run around in circles!

Do not order from this company. I ordered online and received an email from UPS stating the parcel would be delivered; it was not. The company have now refunded me with no communication. Timewasters!

I am worried that this site is an elaborate fraud. I have made a substantial purchase and didn't even get a confirmation email. I have been trying to call (the phone numbers are not recognised) and emailed a few times, no answer.. I would be complaining via formal channels but I don't understand how a scam like this one is allowed to operate in the first place…
Do not attempt to shop there.. you will lose your money.

I have not received my order number 708248. No response to my emails. Your phone number is not working either. I ordered Dior Homme pafum to Liverpool UK address. Please resolve this issue and I will change this review. If no refund I will contact my card company and complain. Thank you

Fast shipping to Holland great service nice price thanks for all

Ordered a very expensive Chanel face cream and Chanel eyeshadow from them. Only the eyeshadow was sent. That was sent without any of the protective covers on it. I spent 拢47.70 on that and 拢33.72 on the missing face cream. Postage was 拢8.29. Do not trust this company to provided you with what you ordered. They do not answer emails either. Having to open up a not received case with our CC company.

I have proof via the label that shows the weight and proves they only shipped one item. What a bunch of crooks.

Absolutely terrible, do not purchase from this business.
Ordered a product for Christmas delivery. After a generic initial email to confirm order I heard nothing. No delivery/tracking information or confirmation that the order had been shipped.
Sent numerous emails without response and had to eventually open a dispute with PayPal. No surprised to find that the day I opened the dispute that I was issued a full refund.
No apology! I wonder if I had not opened this dispute would they have ever contacted me or offered a refund – I doubt it!

Terrible experience, i ordered on line and paid for 2 items via paypal
i have received a different email every day stating conflicting information, they have shipped it, when i check if they have shipped they admit they haven't shipped it weeks, the last 2 emails state 1) they shipped it yesterday
2) they refunded me

Worst shopping experience in 20 years internet. I ordered VSL3 and it must be cooled. Everybody know this. They sent it not cooled. After 8 days shipping 30 degrees掳 its crap.
I ask several times how to send it back. Nothing. No response per Email, no response via Paypal. Nobody can speak a single word English, but a website in 8 different speeches. WoW
I sent it back on my own. After several attempts an answer, only a picture with no words that they sent me my order :-(lol) Yes i know, is this a joke? Read my simple email, a 10 year old could understand it!
I sent the product already back to the 脛tna. If no response I will get my money back over Paypal I hope they will terminate their PayPal seller account of this wanna be shop.
Finally PayPal book the complete money back to my account 🙂 Even PayPal never heard anything from them 😀

Nobody answer any kind of question there. Nobody speaks a word english. It's a fraud
