I have ordered today for the second time , so far no problems , most of the reviews talk about delv. Issues but for me is not a problem if it arrives a few days after expected dated ! ( maybe DPD fault not actually company).
Only downside I find is minimum purchase amount to be entitled to free delv. Is a bit high at 拢75!!!
Love the products as some I've used before having purchased them in other countries that you can't find in UK.

I purchased some replacement attachments for my medela breast pump which i needed urgently but i couldnt get from anywhere without having them delivered. I chose to have them delivered from farmaline as it stated on the website an expected delivery date if 11th january (i ordered on 7th jan) and i paid an extra pound delivery for this date. It wascrucual i had them delivered on11th as i was working on 12th and needed to express milk for this (i struggle to express using anything other then my medela pump). The parts did not come on 11th but the 12th when i was at work so i am not going to recieve untol the 13th and i have been unable to express properly for nearly a week. I spoke to the customer support who said i was wrong and that they only estimate these dates. I said it doesnt say that on the website at which he argued and said it does. Sure enough when i went on the website it says expected not estimated so when i rang again to point this out he still continued to say it was an estimated date. Absolutely shocking service and way to treat your customers. Not even an apology.

It is very disappointing and annoying service given.
I have placed an order and had email through saying one of my products is not available so shipment is delayed for a day.
I did not hear or receive anything for a week and contacted through Live Chat and been informed (only when I contacted and asked for update) the order was held so they need to cancel the order and create a new to release for dispatch. Despite I requested my confirmation email with new order number I did not receive any email and estimate delivery date came but no news. I phoned up and asked for update and again only when I got in touch they informed me that one item would not be produced by manufacture so not available.
Why this could not have been informed straight away when my first order was placed? and why the product was on sale?
All misleading and I had to ask for refund of course as product is not available, but isn't it common sense to retailer to action proactively to get in touch customer and arrange refund straight away….????!!!
Really terrible service, not recommended to use these guys.

I ordered Flaminal Forte gel, and this came to the DPD pick up point that I directed it to. I didn't realise Farmaline are based in the Netherlands, but the item came to the UK on the date as stated. No hassles. Would use Farmaline again. Thank you!!!

Bought 2 items, which gave a delivery time of May 18. It is today May 20 and still nothing delivered. They said it was through customs but their own site tells that is still at customs. It is clear that this company do not keep their promise and is lying if you inform where the product is.
Very bad customer service and most certain not a company you want to do business with.
Should have stayed with my normal company that delivers on time. Cheap prices but with shipping and not delivery in time makes anyway very expensive. DO NOT THRUST THIS COMPANY.

I had reservations using this company after reading reviews but glad I took the chance. I ordered various dr hauschka products at a fraction of any discounted price here in the uk & they arrived a couple of days later. Hugely impressed and will definitely use this company again. They use eKomi for independent feedback, you can read a lot more positive reviews to give you more confidence in ordering from them on there.

I bought 3 bottles of Daosin from them. The delivery took 4 days NOT 48 hours. The product did not include any English language dosage instructions. I sent a polite request for this to be furnished. Totally ignored. Zero response.

I rarely write reviews but I would like to get someone's attention. I bought two braces for my thumb. I had used one before, it worked well and the Velcro closures kept them snug. I wore one of the braces for a little over a month and the Velcro no longer adhered at all. I looked on line and found that others were having the same problem with the Velcro used on recently-produced braces and at least one distributor was taking back the bad ones and exchanging them with good ones. The response was that the company would not take the braces back because it was outside the one-month return period. This brace is expensive and certainly intended to last more than a month or even six. So, apparently, you can expect the things they sell to last no longer than a month, no matter the item, no matter the price. I will never buy from them again!

To date I cannot fault Farmaline for the quality of the product.
However the choice of DPD as the dellvery method was flawed from the start. I have had a number of emails, calls and texts, mostly contradicting each other. I finally received the products, 6 days after placing the order and paying the 拢4.95 charge for a 48 hour delivery, thanks mainly to a customer service agent at DPD who went above and beyond to get me the items urgently.

I also note that not one review has been replied to, which really shows the lack of concern shown for their customers.

I use Phyto haircare – found this site by accident and so glad I did. The prices were the lowest I have paid and the items were delivered quickly, I was also kept updated on the status of delivery which was really helpful. Would recommend.

I tried to find Herome products online cheaper and landed here. Very large stock of a lot of other goods supplied! So I bought other things – also with a discount. Nice.
Will recommend buy from Denmark (as long as the Euro behave) 😉

Recently I bought various products of Eucerin,including a shampoo of the same company.On use,to be fair,twice,I found the development of severe itching on my scalp!Upon contacting the company,I was told,it is not an itching shampoo.Does it mean that it is an itch forming shampoo?Before it's use,my scalp was clear.After it's use….Now I have to apply the lotion(of course,not from them),to get over the itching.Finally,they wash their hands off,by telling me to wash off the shampoo thoroughly.Do they mean,I won't do so?Now,I can not dare use that shampoo…or any other product from Farmaline.

Received my order few days ago, it is a Caudalie Instant foaming cleanser .When first use the product, the foam doesnt lather as it should be. I've been use Caudalie instant foaming cleanser for a long time so it wasnt difficult to tell the difference. Then when I checked the product's code online and it turns out this cleanser bottle was produced 4 years ago (2011) while the unopened product can only last for 30 months. How could u sell an expried product, Famaline uk? Also order some Oflix dental adhensive but havnt checked the code, I hope they aint expired coz already sent them home for grandma to use.
So disappointed. want my money back. Never buy anything from this website again. Expired product but the price still higher than other websites. Terrible !!!

Ordered product on 13/8 still waiting to receive it. In the email of confirmation it says it would arrive in 2 days but thats not the case.Support keeps blaming that the product is with Delivery guy and does not take any step rather than contacting them. Reply "Product is with driver!!!"

I purchased four aspivenin pumps over a week ago and found two of the four suction cups missing from one of the products. I have had to send photos of the items and packaging, I then had to send a copy of the delivery note. Now they have refunded to my online account for me to make a further purchase, but this will mean I have to pay an extra 拢5 delivery. I only need them to send me the two missing suction cups! Never ever have I ever had such hassle to get a problem resolved. It's no wonder that their reviews on their website are monitored and only shows 5 stars! ?????? Don't expect everything you buy to come from the uk as although it is a uk web address, they come from abroad. Unfortunately, I didn't do my homework and check whether it was a uk business!

I placed an order 11 days ago – I received an email to tell me it had been dispatched, however 11 days later I am still waiting. The tracking system hasn't updated once. I have emailed Farmaline numerous times and they keep advising me they are looking into it, however you would expect them to reissue your order in light it is not your fault and they offer a 48 hour delivery time from order. I have now requested a refund and haven't heard anything. Wouldn't use them ever again – lets hope I finally get a refund!

Was dubious of product coming from Belgium, but the price was far better than UK sites were listing; when the product wasn't here as quick as hoped, I rang them and they promised to look into it. 30 minutes later, call back explaining it had arrived in the UK and would be with me following day, with the original delay due the strikes in Calais. And sure enough, turned up the very next day.
Nice (personal) follow-up email from them the following day to check it had arrived and that was all ok.
Thoroughly recommend them and will definitely use again – thank you 🙂

This company does not deserve to do business in the US.

They charge you a large amount of $11 and take 3 weeks for delivery.

I tried to contact the customer service and they tried to act like i am crazy to expect an answer from them on the 3 weeks delivery.

Shame on you! Never visiting your website again.

This was the first and the last time I order anything from Farmaline. I had ordered 3 pretty pricy products (they were supposed to be a present for a friend), and they arrived quite fast, but they were damaged. The shipment box was of a very poor quality and there was no bubble wrap protection of any kind, so products got smashed. The bottles itself didn't leak out, but the packaging was crushed and torn, looking like something I found at trash bin. When I contacted them about it and sent the picture of what the whole mess looked like, they simply said that products were not damaged and that they won't refund it. Interesting that "the product" for them is just a content inside the bottles/doses/packs. These kinds of products would never be put on shelves in the shops because they were damaged, but to them it's no problem at all. I guess I should be lucky they didn't just empty the product into an old yogurt cup and send it like that, because – the product itself is fine. Needless to say, these products were useless to me because I had to buy a new present for my friend, there was no way this could had passed as a gift.

I am furious now with this company. I ordered online 4 tins of baby formula. And pretty fast, within 2 weeks, I looked up the tracking number, it said "order delivered". What? I never received the order! So i emailed their customer service. They replied back saying "Your order was delivered". I double checked, and there was no package received! So I had to email them again, and they came back with the exact same reply – just copy and paste. I tried to call them, never on-line. I tried to email them over and over again, always telling me that the order has been delivered. Now it's been a week since I first contacted them, and no solid solution was offered. And I can't even get a single contact number for the delivery company from them. They are just not helpful AT ALLl! So I applied for refund – no news yet.

This whole website and company is a scam to me! If your baby's food is depending on them, you are screwed. I would NOT trust them again. And I do NOT recommend them to anyone.

I have purchased three times from this company and they have been very efficient. That was until I wanted support for an item purchased with a 2 year warranty which broke three weeks ago. I emailed Farmaline twice about the problem and they did not reply. I then used their online chat facility to contact them and they offered to collect the device. They made arrangements on two occasions via a a courier to collect the device. No-one came. When I tried using their online chat service they just asked me to email them – to which no reply has been received.

As you can imagine I begining to despair of any help from Farmaline. Whether or not they eventually honour the warranty their customer service is appalling.

So, needed my 'go to' breakout solution which usually requires a visit to my GP (always a joy to try to get an appointment). So I searched online instead, up popped Farmaline and, seriously, 48 hours later my order arrived. I received updates from the company, the delivery service used (DPD) is, without question, the best courier service there. Really I would recommend Farmaline for any product you need to order online. I will definitely add them to my favourites list.

My First order, I was a bit sceptical, but placed a small order paid by paypal and got an email telling me it was being picked and m parcel was delivered in just a couple of days, all present & correct with brilliant service & prices. I was really happy.

My second order, I wasn't worried, as I now trusted them, so placed a much bigger order. What a mistake. I paid by mastercard and got no email confirmation, so I looked at my account and it said 'ready for shipment', so I thought 'great it should be with me in a couple of days, so a couple of days later I checked and it still said 'ready for shipment', so I thought perhaps there was a problem with payment going through, but no, my credit card company confirmed that I had been charged for the order, on the day it was ordered. Six days later, I logged onto my Farmaline account have a look and the status now says 'refund accepted' no explanation, no email, no refund to my mastercard and certainly not requested by me.
I can only hope I eventually get my money back, so I can go elsewhere.
