Whangarei farmer鈥檚 staff members are recist and this is not happened once. They were treating me like a badly just because of I am an indian wow what a customer service. Specially make up and perfume staff.

I popped into Farmers the other day to get some new makeup but wasn鈥檛 sure of my exact foundation shade. The lady at the Est茅e Lauder stand (Nikki, I think it was) was SUPER helpful and so kind!! Really took her time and made us feel comfortable.

5 stars for Sharon at Womens wear Newmarket store. I was getting so disappointed at leaving messages and expecting call backs when no one actually called me back till i got in touch with Sharon. She was great in assisting me with exchange of an item (needed a different size). Highly recommed her.

Had very bad customer service experience today in stlukes. Fragrance section lady treated us with disrespect and very unetical behavior. Well, when people want to buy the right perfumes they have to try different tester(we only tried 3 different once). The whole time she was grumpy and behaved rudely. And while in checkout she asked for loyality card and when we were checking in our wallet she just sigh too much and check her watch when there was absolutely no one wait behind us in checkout. I have no clue how come a big enterprise have a very poor customer service like this..

I bought a foundation that was clearly used since the seal was broken and had foundation marks all over it since they didnt have a new sealed one I decided to buy it and I was charged full price for half a bottle. Pathetic!

Ordered over the phone $4100 on furniture,was bullied into using visa card, was told to hang up and ring my bank to up my credit limit, when I reiterated I did not wish to use visa, was given a bank acc no over the phone, NO email with invoice or itemized details! And was told it would take four days to clear, in which time my furniture could be sold! Over two weeks, still have received No receipt or itemized account!??

The online stock availability does not match what is actually in stock whatsoever. Previous order said it was available – get email days later saying its not in stock. Go back a week or 2 later and it said it's in stock so I rang the 0800 to double check, and was told no it's not available. Farmers obviously has no actual stock management system that actually matches what is in stock. Call the 0800 first before you place your order!!!!!!!

Just awesome service. Jess, Dana, and today our two delivery men Dougie and Bob. What a pleasure to deal with this store. Friendly, kind and forever helpful……it has indeed been our pleasure.

When I went to go and try on clothes, I got told off for trying on clothes because they steriotypically thought we couldn't afford anything. They claimed we made a mess when we only tried on a couple of items. Out of all the places I've been, this has been the most disappointing. I felt humiliated and uncomfortable with the staring of the workers and their look of disapproval. I was disappointed and unsatisfied. I will NOT be going back for a long time.

Really unhappy ,ordered a top online as website said none in my size in any of the stores in my city ,a day or two day later and I see it in both stores ,yet still saying not available ,so Ive paid the $5 click and collect when I didnt need to ,as website inaccurate and not up to date ,to top it off excuse the pun ,ten days still hasn鈥檛 arrived ,then after fb messaging them complaining I get an email saying had I forgotten to pick up and they will keep another two days before returning to stock ,no email notification was sent that it had arrived and had been sitting there 7 days ,so annoyed as wanted this for a special event ,what annoyed me most was the rudeness of their fb ,even after saying it鈥檚 polite to reply saw my messages and just ignored me .,such a terrible way to treat a loyal customer who also buys quite a bit from their store .sure need a shake up.

I was supposed to write this review last year but I couldn鈥檛 find any review sections on Farmer鈥檚 website so that鈥檚 why I鈥檓 only writing the review of a product I have bought in last year鈥檚 May. Because I only found this platform now.

Around 2018 May, I bought a bottle of sunscreen from Kiehl鈥檚 in Farmers website. It took 2-3 weeks to arrive and when I received the sunscreen, I was surprised how yellow the package had turned into knowing that the package of my sunscreen was supposed to be WHITE. do you know what this means? This means they must have been storing this for a while now. So I searched for the manufacture date, and this website called CheckFresh.com told me that the sunscreen that I received was manufactured in October 2017. The batch code is 鈥?8P004鈥?if you need proof. The shelf life of their skincare product usually lasts around 3 years. And when I have received it, it was already 1 year and 7 months old. I mean it wasn鈥檛 expired but ?????????????? You guys need some management in your inventory control system or something lol guys you just gave a product that has half of its shelf life to a customer and you鈥檙e even charging us more than you should lol what makes you think you should charge your customers more than the retail price when you don鈥檛 even do your job properly??? Would never order from Farmers again.

I am extremely disappointed and would not reccomend. I ordered online with Farmers and it has been 1 day short of 2 weeks before I received a confirmation that my order was being dispatched and would take another 5-10 via courier. It's not like the shipping was free – save yourself a lot of time & money & go to the store.

Dont sell online if you cant fulfil orders faster than 10 working days, felt like I was dealing with a country on the other side of the world! You can't blame delivery as courier delivered next day. Customer service is a joke with robotic answers, never again. Avoid at all costs people unless you want to wait over 2 weeks, they are very fast to take your money though!

I will not order online from Farmers again, they advertised essential items online, charged my account immediately, then did nothing at all. No email, goods not even dispatched after 11 days. Essentially Farmers are borrowing my money, very poor! I can now buy these items instore with sale prices and no delivery fee. Impossible to get through on 0800 number to cancel. Have been a loyal customer for many years 馃檨

Horrible customer service, did not dispatch order for 10 business days despite that being the max amount of time it should take to receive order. completely nonchalant about it when asked via email and took days to respond. Sent second email to followup as I had received no work about order 8 business days in, and did not receive a response to this. during this time I have received several deliveries from far better stores. Will not be shopping at Farmers again. Get better staff and better processes.

Ordered essential items online.
It's been over 2 weeks and they havent been dispatched. When I emailed customer services . .blunt and poor customer service from Rita.
Extremely disappointed in Farmers.
Its hard to support NZ businesses when the price, service and delivery is so much better from overseas companies even with the the new GST rule.
Sort it out Farmers . .you're a disappointment

Ordered a small coffee table online though Farmers, placed this order on the 6/2/20 ,its now the the 9/3/20 , its coming from Auckland to Nelson????? I rang them up last Thursday and was told they will sort it out and get back to me,guess what no one did,i phoned them again and was put on hold ,then got told it was loaded up on a truck and was on its way,i guessed it must be sitting in Nelson ,considering i got a email two weeks ago saying it was being shipped out?? But no its leaving Auckland today and will be another three days away??? Before all of this i was sent a delivery day,which never happened, someone was meant to ring me back so i could lay a complaint, im guessing this will not happen, sadly this it not the first time this has happened with their deliveries, i paid $65 for horrible delivery, mad as, i have had items shipped from overseas take less flippin time 馃槫

Very disappointed in this company. I ordered and paid for a freezer and then found it would not arrive for three weeks. A bit short on detail for purchasing online. Other companies give you an expected delivery time, and tell you if it is out of stock before you purchase. They also tell the truth when you contact them. Wish you did too Farmers. Poor service. I won't be purchasing from you again.

I brought and ordered a bed a month ago! The day finally comes for it to be delivered but find that they only have the mattress with NO base!! I called customer service and said it has been delivered with no base! the lady said it will be in the next fair days and to wait for main freight to call the end of the week came and still no base to the bed so called again and turns out the bed base was still in Auckland and won't be delivered until next week!!! I have never been so disappointed in a company before. If you put beds on sale you should make sure your suppliers can keep up with the demand before telling your customers the delivery dates you cant actually for full.
I will not be purchasing furniture from farmers again!

When I ordered a washing machine from their website I was expecting it to get it in a couple of days, wow was I wrong. Over a week later I called and they said it should be delivered in a couple of days. After a couple of days I called again and they told me they were out of stock and wont be able to get one for another couple of weeks. On the website you could still purchase the washing machine even though they were out of stock

Terrible customer service. I ordered a $230 toaster.12 days later it hasn't even shipped! I paid $7 for shipping. What a joke.I ordered a vacuum cleaner the same day from Noel Leeming and it was on my doorstep in two days, no shipping charge. Will not be shopping at Farmers again.
