Scamming elderly farmers
These insurance agents seek out elderly farmers to take advantage of. Once they get someone signed up for their insurance they pass the lead on to the next set of agents to do the same. Even rolling over annuities for people 80 years old and older. Simply unethical practices that the elderly should be waned about. They also hire people under the idea that they will make great money selling their insurance while they take 50% of your commissions without ever telling you. Their agents will help you make a bit of money at first so you leave your day job and then send you out on your own to try and fight out enough sales to survive. All the while you pay your own expenses and they take their cut while sitting in an office.
