My orders arrived immediately. I have an easy time navigating and placing my order on their website. I had a great experience with them, my orders work perfectly. I have no complaints.

About a week ago I ordered five items, all in stock and thus with the promise of "next day delivery" as I ordered WELL before stated cut-off. The next day I got nothing but a shipping notification and as only two of my items were listed I logged in and found out the order was split in two. A few hours later I got another shipping notification and I thought all was (reasonably) good, but unfortunately I didn't look closely enough at the notification. The day after I got my two parcels and reading the delivery notes I realized the items remaining after the first shipping notification were split again and one item had not been sent. It still hasn't left the warehouse. It has been "Processing" for six days, even though 4156 are stated as being "in stock". I have sent a bunch of emails, but no one is replying to them. When I called customer support a woman in Russia wondered why I had called her, apparently they had left for the day and redirected the phone to her department.

UPS did their part in the "Next day delivery"; two packages were on my doorstep the day after UPS finally got them.

Ordered a part that has 1 year shelf life from manufacturer. Supplied part has 2 months shelf life remaining. We need around 6 months. Phoned on one day and they said they had others with 9 months shelf date. I said – perfect, yes please. Sent out next day but when it arrived – 3 months shelf date. Phoned up and they said 'no – you have to have the next one off the shelf. Can't give you the one with 9 months, have to get rid of the 3 months ones first'. Even, though, they had promised it the day before. Lied to me and lost me 3 days. We only spend thousands of pounds with them.

Devastating experience the order did not ship when they said, I had to call 10 times to get that done and they wasted a morning of work, from 9am to 11:30am on the phone as they alleged my bank was not processing when the mistake was on their end. However, they preferred to waste my time than checking the state of things. The item was shipped much later then agreed and only after I talk to two clerks as the first one was totally incapable. I asked for a refund and that was denied as well. Totally not acceptable. Arrogant.

Definitely my favourite electronics supplier. The range of components is wide enough that I very rarely need to buy things elsewhere, and the low 拢20 minimum order for free next-day delivery is handy when I only need a few items.
I've only needed to contact them a handful of times in the last 15 years regarding issues with an order, and when I have, they've always been pleasant and helpful.
