If you are looking for a calm, fair and respectful Landlord, then the family run business Farrington properties is NOT for you.
-You will not get any help from landlord if something needs to be fixed in the house.
-We (with other tenants) spent 1 week without any heating during cold Xmas time and nobody was bothered to do anything about it, I have been asked to leave IMMEDIATELY if I don鈥檛 like something about it.
-You will sing a contract that will include a 2 Days Leaving notice if landlord doesn鈥檛 like you for ANY reason. And you literally will be kicked out on the street 鈥?which is illegal btw.
-You will be asked to pay deposit fees and PAPER sign up fees which are not returned.
For anyone who is looking for at least half decent landlord 鈥?stay away from Farrington Properties.
