For someone who doesn鈥檛 really like shopping online, I have to admit that I really enjoyed shopping from fashionmia. The quality of the products that I have purchased were on point and surprisingly exceeded all of my expectations. On top of that, their customer service representatives sure do know how to make customers happy. I would happily say that this experience has positively changed the way I feel about online shopping.

STAY AWAY FROM BUYING SOMETHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Dear Customers, I bought from this Company last year in December 3 items on the value of 拢 70.00 and when I received them , I had a surprise to see that the items are not matching with the quality that they present it in their website pictures, plus the sizes are completely different than UK ones.

I contact them to explain that I will return the items back , I paid another 拢25.00 for postage sending the items back and since January 19, I called them and I had over 28 times conversation via emails, requesting my money back, around 拢 100.

Guess what ! With every reply that they sent me, they were delaying my refund, inventing million excuses, delaying and delaying and delaying my refund. The parcel has been sent to one address in China as per their advice and after few weeks I received another email saying to sent the parcel to another address in China but my items already has been sent it as per their instruction.

I thought that is a joke, but was serious from their side and my hell with them started. I will involve my Solicitor because I have enough with the Company who is cheating on people, playing with customers and our money, simple example from their emails " we will suggest to keep your item because if you will send the items back to China will cost you the postage more than your items and is not point to return your items" or another reply from them similar " If you want to send the items back to exchange, the return-shipping fee, which is costly in some cases, needs to be afforded by yourself. So we do suggest that you keep the items. "

I am asking this Company, what is that ? How you could send this kind of replays to the customers?!!!

Another example" We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. I have checked the refund, there is something wrong with our financial account, we just fixed it. But we lost all the refund record and need to resubmit the refund request to our financial department. And the colleagues in the financial department are arranging the refund for the customers one by one. We are really sorry for this again and we will refund you within 7–10 days. And we will send you an e-mail once being completed." What is that ?!!! It is not my problem that they lost their track of refunds ?!!! What is meaning that , it is meaning that hundred's customers who will be on a similar position with me, they will not receive their money back ?!!! Hello, wake op Fashion Mia, we are not stupid!!!! We are online customers and you have to respect us and you have to respect your term and condition that you are adverting on your website in regards with buying and refunding items, otherwise we will have to take legal action !!! Everyone has to know what is going on with this site. I am not saying that maybe was not satisfied customers but probably was a luck for them ! Their quality products are far away from what they advert on their website. I am still waiting for my money back and I will still monitor to see how long will take it ! NN

I passed an order the 05/25 (Order ID: C1814891). Payed. No answers to 3 tickets of dispute. No products. 1 answer after post on trustpilot.I demand that you refund me the sum of 15.20 EUR. NO answer.I will track the first item, but it does not appear yet. This website is nothing less than a scam!

What a nightmare this company is. Came across them earlier in the year – liked what I saw and ordered some pieces. 2 items eventually arrived while the others were always processing. Cancelled the outstanding part of the order and asked for refund. That was in July. It's now October and – you've guessed it – no refund. I send regular mails and always get the same reply – 'please give us more days' – I think I have now sent over 10 mails to complain. The mails are always answered but nothing translates into action.
I have been telling everyone I know never to use this company and to use any forum to make their complaints known.

I have tried for almost a month to return 2 dresses that are too small, that I was buying for a wedding. The dress is a beautiful piece and all I wanted was to exchange. Still no dress, still haven't heard from them after 3 attempts.
DO NOT USE. I will be going to every site to let folks know. Fashion Mia needs a phone number to call. 36 hours for a return message that never happened. September 16, 2017. Started in August 2017.

les v锚tements command茅s 茅taient trop grand malgr茅 le fait que je me suis mesur茅 comme il est d茅montr茅. Ils ont refus茅 de me rembourser. Je devais le leur envoyer 脿 mes frais. J'ai refuser alors ils m'ont dit que si j'茅crivais 4 avis de 5 茅toiles avec un minimum de 30 mots chaques, tous diff茅rent. Ils me rembourseraient! C'est que j'appelle de la fraude!

This dress is perfect! It matches effectively and accentuates my curves. I'm enjoying it! I was doubtful initially, but my concerns instantly went away once I put it on. I'm 5'7 And weigh 150 and obtained a medium. You'll like it, and the dress is also top quality made with the thick material. It's also very soft. GET THIS DRESS!!

I had a good experience ordering from fashionmia. I ordered 7 items, 5 blouses, 1 skirt and one dress. I was immediately told that one of the blouse was out of stock.

The shipping did take about a month to arrive, but I think it's because it鈥檚 being shipped from China. Once I receive my order, I was not disappointed with the quality. I was impressed. They were all lovely. Plus the prices were excellent.

The customer service was easy to deal with. I dealt with Cassie and she responded to my email inquiries within 24 hours. She was efficient and polite.

I would order again from fashionmia.

I have never been TAKEN by a scam like this one before. i agree with all the reviews giving FashionMia 1 star or less. I ordered $200 worth of outfits for a trip in July and when it took them weeks to send, I thought "OK, I still have plenty of time". So, I ordered more outfits, because the clothes look beautiful in the pictures. Some of them finally started to arrive and I was shocked that they were so small, even a 3x wouldn't fit me. I immediately realized that these were Chinese sizes not USA Plus sizes. I also know that I would probably never get a refund. Now, I have a closet full of outfits that won't even fit my nieces. For all of you who gave 4 & 5 Stars, I have some clothes you might like to buy.

First, the dress I ordered took over 6 weeks to arrive. The dress is made and shipped from China. The quality and workmanship of the dress is entirely unacceptable. The material used, which is not stated in the advertisement, is of extremely poor quality. The skirt to the bodice was sewn so poorly and with so much more material, that the skirt is ill-fitting and bunchy around the waist. Furthermore, although the picture shows a belted/sash accompanying the dress, no such belt/sash was attached. This dress fits and looks absolutely horrible. One could get better quality dresses for nearly the same price at Ross Dress For Less. Buyer Beware! I should have read the reviews prior to purchases. Shame on me.

Don't get deceived by how beautiful the dresses look like on the website, when you receive them your jaw will drop ! The materials they are using are very cheap and the finishing is just terrible.
Even the design of some dresses are totally different than how they look on the website, not to mention that last week I received the order I placed on Black Friday !
Prices are really low, but what I don't respect about them is the deception part.

I WILL NEVER SHOP ONLINE AGAIN, I ORDERED A DRESS ON NOVEMBER 15TH 2015 IT IS NOW DECEMBER 24TH 2015 AND STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY DRESS. I EMAILED THEM AROUND THE END OF NOVEMBER I RECEIVED A EMAIL BACK BY SOMEONE NAME GRACE STATING THAT MY DRESS NEED MORE TIME, I EMAILED THEM AGAIN AND RECEIVED A RESPONSE BACK IN DECEMBER 23RD 2015 STATING THEY HAD SYSTEM FAILURES ASKING IF THEY CAN REPROCESS ANOTHER ORDER….AFTER A WHOLE MONTH, I HAD PLANNED TO WEAR THAT DRESS ON TWO OCCASSION AND IT NEVER ARRIVED. I WANT MY DRESS. I HAVE PROOF THAT THE MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I BELIEVE THIS IS SCAM AND IT IS NOT RIGHT, PEOPLE WORK TO HARD FOR THEIR MONEY. IM NOT GOING TO LET THIS SLEEP.
