I placed two seperate orders from this "company" and received neither. I've called many times and sent 5 emails with no reply.
Fortunately I paid through paypal, filed a dispute/claim and wil receive a refund. (will take 6 weeks total)
Crappy experience… as if our industry hasn't lost enough last year.

Order My Goldwell Color form them all the time. Started about two years ago. The shipping is usually really fast. get my products within a period of two days. Usually it does take a little time like 4.
In any case they always add free samples to my orders so i get to try something new every time.
