Absolutely dreadful, top I ordered arrived and not only is it not the colour in the picture but it is completely unwearable as it's been stitched outside in and inside out. They don't reply to any emails that you send. DO NOT USE THEM they are con artists !!

Now is a time for diversity. We are living in a multimedia, multicultural world with many different races.
It does not matter where you come from in society.
We are ALL THE SAME! (Believe it or not) In advertising there needs to be more colours not just white!
The advertising companies should work harder, do more homework and commitment to creating a more balanced informative outlook on reality.
There is more than just ONE identity on this beautiful planet!!

I'm not sure how to make to add pics but I want everyone to know: Don't buy anything from a vendor on Facebook unless it says made in USA because it's probably created in China.
For example:
They will use pictures of clothing from the Sundance catalog give the same description say v-neck cotton tee embroidered (pic1)
What I got was (pic2) a crew neck tee made of what feels like nylon (no tag) they tried to copy the embroidery, forgot to do sleeves, threads of brown, color of the tee not what was ordered.
I reported this to PayPal and they did not care and would not give me my money back.
There has to be something wrong using false descriptions and pictures.
The second shirt (pic3) is also from FB vendor but is from the Sundance catalog because I have ordered it. The shirt I received was another cheap imitation (pic4) no tags but again, feels like nylon or plastic not cotton. Embroidery ugly colors, the material print is a copy but cheap and too big.
These are probably the same company just different site names used. They will only offer you 10% of your money back, they don't want the shirts back either.
(Pic5) is the description used for both shirts I ordered that clearly are false information.
Please spread this around.

Cozymission is absolute rubbish!!! I ordered and paid for 4 items from their site. Three arrived eventually (took a long time) but didn鈥檛 look as good as the on-site pics, surprise surprise!! I still haven鈥檛 received the fourth item despite repeated emails n text messages. They are rip off merchants and I鈥檓 out of pocket. Totally disgusted. This is the second site to be like this! Should have learned my lesson by now!

Cozymission is absolute Rubbish.
BE AWARE, they charge you US dollars but posted from CHINA, this is a trend I am finding for alot of things.

These cloths look nothing like the website, Ive spent $200 Aus dollars for stuff which is going to a charity shop. Shame on you Cozymission.
I work hard for my money.
Very dissapointed.

The pictures on their webpage are not at all what they send out.
Total disappointment and all they offer is a 25 percent refund.

I have been in contact with this company over the past few days about my lotion that I bought. Honestly the most genuine company I have had the honor to talk with. I will definitely buy from them again. They asked my to weigh the bottle which I did and it came out to over 17 oz. so it might look like you are missing product but it's all there.
The lotion smells amazing. I bought this for my husband for birthday. He works out side and he can go threw some lotion this is the only stuff that works really good on him and will constantly rebuy…
t was received on time and in perfect condition. It fits correctly to the tv and work correctly. thanks

Exactly the same experience as the other reviews. Bought some perfume from the website as they appeared through Google shops and were discounted from other shops. The package took 3 weeks to arrive and once opening it was immediately apparent that it was fake. The text on the bottle was blurry, the cap was cheap plastic that broke immediately, as opposed to metal in the genuine product that I've been using. The contents are not even vaguely similar either. Avoid this company.

Nonexistent return policy. Bought an aloe vera gel that has alcohol as the second ingredient. The ingredients are not posted on the website. My mistake. I should have done my research. BUT… box was unopened. I asked for return the next day. They declined. They said no refund or store credit unless wrong product was sent or damaged during shipping.

THEIR PRODUCTS ARE FAKE!!

I ordered a bottle of dior poison from my wife for Christmas.
When it arrived a month later it was in the worst packaging I've ever seen. Basically a load of stripped off pieces of cardboard roughly held together with card. As soon as I saw the box inside I knew I had a problem. The cellophane rapper was already torn slightly and I could clearly see that the box itself was pre-used as it was creased and damaged all over.
My wife and I decided to open it anyway in the hope that the perfume itself was useable. It wasn't!

Where to start!…
The look of the bottle was just cheap! The colours weren't right, the lid wasn't right and the printing of the logo was blurred. Everything about it screamed COUNTERFEIT!!! I know this because I was a bit tight and looked in the shops before I bought online to get a better deal. 拢50 quid compared with 拢80 from Debenhams seemed good. I couldn't have been more wrong! It did smell but my wife instantly recognised it was a real dior perfume and stated that it didn't even linger on your skin for a second but rather evaporates instantly.

All of my suspicions were confirmed when I looked at the label underneath which read' Eu De toilet' when the other label read 'perfume'.
They hadn't even bothered getting them to match.

I was gutted but not as much as my wife.

I knew thanks to the terrible product that 'customer services' was probably going to be a joke. I was right.

I tried calling 'fashion-and-beauty' but to no avail. The phone number didn't exist and went dead immediately. Warning bells!

I emailed them and they did reply but said nothing in response to the product being dodgy, just a generic 'send it back' message. I did try but due to UK laws you cannot post perfume overseas so I was naughty and sent it stating that it was somethin else and got proof of postage. I was not willing to send by recorded delivery as I just wasn't willing to fork out a small fortune when I didn't believe I would ever get a refund for the product anyway. I'd rather be 拢50 down than 拢70.

I then had a period of a few months where I sent countless emails with no response to any of them. 7 months later I thought I'd try my like and send one last email. They responded stating that ' without proof of recorded delivery we cannot help' WHAT A SURPRISE!!!

Complete refusal to refund. Thanks fashion and beauty for your response 7 MONTHS LATER!!!

I am sure my counterfeit product is sitting on their desk right now waiting to be packaged up for the next poor sod that orders it thinking they've bagged a bargain.

Do not buy from this company. I can only assume that all of their products are knock offs and that for all the ones they sell, a few slip through the net and are accepted by the consumers and the rest are sent back and never refunded.

Apparently their trick is to read bad reviews on this site, report them as false and get them taken off much like one of the 4 star reviews you can see on here.

I am devoting some of my spare time to warn people about this site to save them the heartache we have suffered. If they take this review off I'll just put it back on and post it elsewhere!

I have many photo's of the counterfeit product and the second hand box that they posted it in. If you would like them sent to you I can do this.

I ordered an item in April 2015. It never arrived. I reported this and was told by the 'customer service' dept, this was being investigated. After much chasing, I was told in the September I was to be refunded. It is now March 2016 and still no refund. I am now pursuing this through an Action Fraud report.

Avoid this 'company'.

I ordered 2 bottles of Thierry Mugler Angel as the fashion-and-beauty.org website said all of their perfumes are genuine. Despite it not arriving by the due date, I was very excited to open it when it finally did. Oh, what a big disappointment. I have been wearing Angel since it's launch and as soon as I saw the cellophane boxes, I had my doubts. On opening one of the boxes, they were confirmed. Totally wrong colour box & torn, cheap cardboard, no message card which is standard with Thierry Mugler perfume. Shoddily made bottle with cheap plastic top, wrong colour to the perfume and although SLIGHTLY similar aroma to the scent, it wore off in half an hour. I contacted Fashion & Beauty and stated that the items did not appear to be genuine and demanded a full refund. They emailed me back and said I would have to post the perfume back to them at my own cost and if found to be faulty (by themselves), they would reimburse me. I emailed them back to say the items were not faulty, they did not appear to be genuine and demanded that I wanted it in writing that they would reimburse me in full, plus postage before I sent them. Despite emailing them again a few days later with these same demands, I did not receive a reply. I then discovered my account had been deleted on their website! Undeterred, I contacted Clarins U.K to inform them of my dilemma. They informed me that Fashion & Beauty Inc is not an authorised distributor of their products and asked me to send the bottles to them, free of postage costs. I have since had an email from Clarins U.K Ltd confirming that the perfume is indeed counterfeit and they are taking up the case with Trading Standards. So buyers, please be aware that this company are selling perfumes that are nothing like the originals, packaging, colour etc yet claiming on their website that they are genuine. I have emailed a screenshot from Clarins to Trust pilot confirming that the perfumes are counterfeit and to confirm all I have written is true & genuine.

I have just seen that fashion-and-beauty.org have reported my review asking for it to be deleted for use of inappropriate language… where exactly?!

After chasing my order for 5 weeks I finally received a very poor quality version of a perfume nothing like the same brand I brought from a store- I straight away emailed and they replied send back but you can't from the UK as perfume is a prohibited item. I asked for my money back and then received an intimidating email accusing me of being offensive and threatened court action !!! The audacity of it? They are now totally ignoring my emails and will probably block this review too!
PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY USE A REPUTABLE COMPANY

Ordered on 5th January based on the premis that my perfum will arrive within the 7-9 days within Europe advertised on their website. Once dispatched 2 days later, an email provided a delivery timeframe between 22nd and 30th of January which isn't what the said and charged for. I emailed to complain, only to recive the most bizar rude and abrupt response, saying that the timeframe on the website does not constitute a contract, yet my purchase is and the timeframe of 7-9 days sometime possible, but sometimes not. This is the most outrageous shameless organisation!

my last review was removed so I am writing a version of the last one which doesn't use certain words. I cannot recommend them. the goods that they sent as being disputed and they are not replying to my emails at all and will not help me to return goods which we dispute. I have forwarded photos to the credit card company and clearly the photos speaks for themselves.

I am not able to logging to my account and I send them back. by the way you cannot post perfumes on your own, the company must help as its prohibited to send now according to post office.

please don't use this company , because everything which has been written below by others is correct. my cc company will now puruse this matter and I will hopefully get my money back.

I ordered some perfume on 14th Dec
Received an email to say it had been desptached on 16th Dec
with a delivery date of 31st Dec – 07th Jan. not what i was expecting but ok i live with it.
Contacted them on 11th Jan asking where my item is, they now say it will be delivered on 24th Jan!
Sorry just not good enough. No contact to say there had been an issue of any sort and not to update the order at any time is very very poor.

Was informed delivery 1-9th January – fact

Too late for Christmas – fact

Paid for tracking but no number forwarded – fact

Enquired about cancelling or requested assurance that delivery would be before Christmas as advertised on there website – fact

Was charged 25% restocking charge although item never posted – fact

Company tried to inform me that if I involved a credit card company then I am breaking there terms and conditions and would pursue costs and damages in a bullying like manner – fact

Do not deal with this company in my opinion – fact

This is my 3rd review. Which is a waste of time and has got me nowhere. I've sent you a copy of my order from this company. Still to this day have not received the items I ordered AND I did get a refund over a month ago, which I posted about. But 2 days after the refund, they went back to my credit card and took the money AGAIN. How can this company continue to operate with all the negative feedback buyers are leaving? Some of us, like me, are on the other side of the world and have no recourse. If this company was in North America, we had a better chance of a refund. But where we are, we have no rights.

Ordered some Poison perfume and received a poor quality bottle that is clearly not genuine. E-mailed customer contact to ask for a refund on the basis of this and got a reply accusing me of being abusive. They pointed out that I could have returned it for a refund but looking at other reviews and the great effort this company has gone to in blocking every review since September I wouldn't be confident of getting my money back

Ordered some Dior Midnight Poison perfume from them in May, which was supposedly due to deliver 23rd May. It's now September and still no sign of it. Sent several emails, was told a claim had been made with Royal Mail, but would take 30 days to receive a reply, chased it up but no answer to emails. Tried calling them but phone line dead.
