I have a few hundred e-mails in my inbox from Fashion Days and it seems like I have no chance to unsubscribe, it鈥檚 there a chance to stop it please, please, please?

The delivery is always fast and the customer service is great! I had a whole communication with them via email in which they answered every email of mine concerning my problems.

Worst service ever! Waiting for my order already for a month and they still cannot commit to a specific delivery date. After calling their support three times, i was informed that they are not able to reach the couriers and my parcel will be delivered 鈥渋n an unidentified time period鈥? Wow!

Awful service. Missed the delivery deadline, products never received. Unwilling to keep to their terms and conditions. They say they are responsible for the 3rd parties but don't keep their contract. Cannot get my money back because they cannot cancel the order unless the delivery service returns the package (which I have never seen or touched). So they have my products and my money and we're waiting for the delivery service to NOT LOSE my package so I can get my money back.

I had a very bad experience with Fashion Days, tried to exchange a pair of shoes for my wife, i ve received a different model and size, i ve tried to talk to them and chosed refund and sadly no refund after 2 weeks , i ve been told i will get my money back in 3 workin days, nice to have ur money retained by a disrespectful store, i wouldnt reccomend to anyone to buy from this kind of store

I had a great first experience with Fashion days. Even though I had to return my entire order and replace part of it, the customer service team was very receptive and helpful. I got part of my money back in no time and they re-sent my order very fast and with the product I wanted which fitted really good.

Am primit mail precum produsul meu favorit are pret mai mic si cand verific, este acelasi pret de acum o luna, adica 269 lei, dar scria redus de la 449. Nu era nici o reducere diferita. Ii credeam mai seriosi.
