Bought IVONNE sandals. Absolute rubbish. Not worth the money. Slippery soles. Not orthapedic. Truly dissapppointing. If leather well..Wouldn't give it one star but couldn't review otherwise .

Don't waste your money with this company, ordered a skirt that has not arrived apparently signed for (royal mail) no card left by delivery person, no sms or email which I normally receive when I order a tracked parcel. Contacted seller to which they responded "unsure how to help" so no skirt and out of pocket. TOTAL RIP OFF!
Oh and only got one star because I couldn't give the company less.

I ordered three pairs of shoes for my bridesmaid and Fashion You Up was kind enough to give each of my bridesmaids a free pair of shoes for the bridal shower. Now this is a business that cares.

Lousy excuse for a company. Don't waste your time with them they have no decency nor consideration for their customers. I've been trying to make a return for the longest time now and they still won't even reply, let alone begin the process. On top of this there is a 2 week period they allow returns for free, and as they have delayed replying my order has exceeded the time limit for free returns.
