I made an online purchase three months before a wedding I was to be a bridesmaid in. I ordered the wrong size (my fault) so I submitted an exchange request the same day as it appeared they had the right size in stock. The exchange request was approved and I dropped the dress in store myself and they notified me it would be mailed to me due to being in the warehouse not in store. A MONTH AND A HALF LATER I haven't received my dress so I call them to enquire about it and they inform me they will look into it. An hour and a half later they email me a refund notification with no other communication! When I call them to question what the hell is going on they say they are sorry, that my dress isn't coming for the wedding I am meant to be in in three weeks. When I ask them to contact me the next day with the date they re expecting the delivery (still stupid hoping to get the dress on time) they don't call me back. So I chase them up again, to which they tell me that the girl who was dealing with my issue isn't working that day. Absolutely no sense of urgency or care at their month and a half failure to let me know it wasn't coming. DO NOT ORDER ANY DRESS WITH THIS STORE. I honestly don't know how any bride could trust them to have their dress to them on time or handle them with any measure of professional care after my experience. If I could give them no stars I would. As I type this I have an un-returned message to them on my fashionablyyours account and was meant to receive a phone call on the 18th of April – it's now the 24th.

BUYER BEWARE!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
We went in to the store to get measured for my bridesmaid dresses and the ladies were quite helpful and we decided to placd the order based on their recommendation for sizing.
However, instead of allowing us to come in try on the dresses, they posted the dresses out to my home address which I though was a little suspicious.
So basically one of the dresses did not fit, and needless to say they will NOT HELP YOU!!
First they said the bridesmaid had put on weight, so we had to send them her measurements. I happily complied and sent through her measurements. And GUESS WHAT?? The measurements were EXACTLY THE SAME!!!
And yet, they still would not organise an exchange!!!!!
Instead they want us to go into the store to get measured!!!!!!! If they had allowed us to go to the store to pick up the dresses and try them on in the first place (instead of posting them out!) we wouldnt have this problem.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM FOR BRIDESMAID DRESSES OR SPECIAL SIZING ORDERS!!! THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE AND ORDER YOU THE WRONG SIZE!!!!!

Avoid this store to save yourself anger and diappointment. I was not able to return two SAMPLE dresses that cost me $888 altogether, 8 DAYS after purchasing!!!!!!!
I was charged $888 to have two SAMPLE DRESSES (used,damaged) sent to my home to trial. 7 days later I contacted them to clarify their non-existent returns policy regarding ''sample dresses". On day 8 I pleaded to return the dresses as they were unsuitable. They informed me they would NOT return them as they are more than 7 days late.
1 DAY LATE!!! With a used dress!!!
I think most reasonable, good-willed people would realise that this is greedy and inconsiderate. Very disappointing

For 3 bride mates gave us 20$ discount for each and in return asked full amount in front which we did. When the dresses arrived from overseas Linda sent a SMS and then we arranged to go there after two weeks to make dresses fit for us. When we called to make appointment , she said our tailor went to holiday for three weeks and when she is coming back it is almost 10 days before our wedding ceremony. The point is for each dress at least takes 2 weeks for tailor to make it ready , size and fit . So too late. Interesting things no one called on one sent a message to let us know. That is caused I totally gave up from bride mate position. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this shop. Very very week customer service.
